Mets name Pelfrey fifth starter

Kind of surprising considering Pelfrey came in and lost the game after El Duque pitched fairly well on Friday. Good to see them going young over old for once.

 

Dude better hurry and get this out, rain is starting to come in and game could be called.

 

A solid performance from Pelfrey. Now the question is Nelson Figueroa on Friday against Milwaukee. With news that El Duque is going to have a boot on his foot for a couple weeks, they are going to need a couple decent starts by Figueroa, as well.
