Will someone please explain to me how in the hell that Cleveland gets the #3 pick after losing to Miami & ending w/ identical 4-12 records?

The one positive is Miami will be able to get a bit more when they trade down. Maybe they can get a 2nd rounder? Would the Raiders or Chiefs might be willing to trade up?

The QB Miami should draft is David Greene of Georgia. Hopefully, they can a 2nd rounder & make this a reality.

the number 1 tie breaker for determining draft position is strength of schedule....the Dolphins opponents finished with a worse record than the Browns opponents....

I knew "Strength" was tie breaker but thought head to head (if possible) took precedence.
