Re: Michael Jordan's best season Watching him in the triangle was just beautiful. Although we wasn't at his athletic or defensive peaks I'm gonna say one of the last 3 peats because he was so skilled you knew his jumpers would always go in. Aw man the triangle was run so beautifully by Kukoc, Pippen, Jordan, Harper, Rodman.
Re: Michael Jordan's best season The 91-92 season. 30 ppg, 6 rpg, 6 apg, great defense, great shooting, shot over 50%, won the title, and also averaged 34, 6, 6, and even a .390 3ptc. and a .499 fg% in the playoffs. That was HIS best season imo. He scored more back in his early days, but I didnt count that because he didnt win the NBA title back then because he did not give in to the team game.

Re: Michael Jordan's best season Sorry. I meant to say 30. I'll edit my post. Do you agree with me though?
Re: Michael Jordan's best season I don't really care about which was Jordan's best season, sorry. By the way CB4 those are some big stats he had, he must not care about winning, haha.
Re: Michael Jordan's best season No he did. Phil jackson was coaching and he stressed the triangle, which stresses the team game.

Re: Michael Jordan's best season I knew you were joking, but I wanted to explain what seperates AI and MJ from the team game because it was an obvious stab at what I said about AI.
Re: Michael Jordan's best season So I take it you don't think Larry Brown is a team coach? Because he only coached AI for six seasons.

In my mind, he didnt have one season that stood out from any other.

He was MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, All Star Game MVP, Slam Dunk Champion, and he won the scoring title. But the one award he didn't win is what separates this season from 91,92,93,96,97, and 98, Finals MVP. Since the Bulls didn't win the title I don't think you can call this Michael's best season.
Re: Michael Jordan's best season 1991. If I went with stas only I'd go with the year he got 37 PPG, but 1991 was the year. He won it all, got MVP and just did his thang.

So that's why I dont give it to him that year. His greatest season has to be a season where he got one of his six imo.
