Eagles quarterback Michael Vick's injured hamstring may allow him to play Sunday after all. The veteran quarterback was a full participant in practice Friday, according to the team's official report, and is listed as questionable for the game in Tampa. Vick said Thursday he felt "10 times better" than he did Wednesday. He also said it would come down to how his hamstring felt Sunday morning. The Eagles' practice schedule is unique among NFL teams. They have a moderate training session Tuesday, practice in pads Wednesday and taper Thursday and Friday. There is also an hour-plus practice Saturday. So Vick was listed as a full participant in the lightest practice of the week. Coach Chip Kelly said all week that Vick was "day to day" and would start if he is cleared by the medical staff.
