Eagles quarterback Michael Vick described his hamstring injury as a "bad pull" Tuesday and said he was only at "60, 65 percent" last week. He would not put a percentage on where he is now. He did not go as far as saying he can't play Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys, but he sounded like a man resigned to missing his second consecutive start.
