Dont like his idea its not that good.. I got told a couple of years ago it would only be the Champions of there top flight division in there country in the tournament like if that happened then it would be Celtic, Chelsea, Lyon.. No Hearts [that didnt get passed the qualifiers] United or Lille would be in the competition which would suck.
