Dion Harris' basket with 51 seconds left in regulation tied the score at 55 for Michigan, and the game stretched into overtime when both teams missed late opportunities because of sloppy ballhandling. In the extra period, Chris Hunter gave Michigan the lead, but Arizona battled back, tying it on a pair of free throws by Channing Frye and then moving ahead on a foul shot by Mustafa Shakur and a basket by Jawann McClellan.</div> Link If anyone else saw this game, then you'd know what a shame it was that Michigan lost. They were blowing Arizona out in the start but just made young, stupid plays. They got careless and sloppy. There was one play where Daniel Horton could have had an easy layup but rather threw a behind the back pass to Harris that went out of bounds. Not only did they let Arizona back into the game, but they also had three or four opportunities to win it. They had the ball with 10 seconds left in the game and couldn't make a basket, and then they had many opportunities in the end of overtime to give them the lead. They had three of their four best freethrow shooters at the line, and each one missed one of their foul shots. Anyway, I just hope that the ranking commitee looks past this and gives Michigan a ranking. An OT loss by one point to Arizona is hardly a loss at all.
