Cuban pitcher Miguel Alfredo Gonzalez has agreed to sign with the Philadelphia Phillies, a source told ESPN Deportes' Enrique Rojas. According to a Yahoo! Sports report, Gonzalez agreed to a six-year deal that could be worth $60 million, the richest contract ever for an international player. Gonzalez is still waiting for his tourist visa so he can travel to the United States to take his physical.
