Miguel Cabrera came out for early batting practice hoping to find the key to getting out of a bad slump. Moving his hands down just a bit ended up doing the trick. Cabrera got two of his four hits in Detroit's eight-run third inning, and the Tigers went on to beat the Oakland Athletics 10-6 on Thursday night.
