Hmmm... He wants a big pay raise or wants to be traded, eh? This should be interesting. No way is Green Bay going to do either.

What do you think? Is he pi$$ed off enough to retire?

I doubt he would retire but it seems like making a stink is the thing to do right now. One guy got his way (T.O.) and maybe a few others will (Law, McKenzie, Northcutt, and Darius). For your sake you better hope they find a way to sign him or he agrees to say because he is a very good corner.

I don't think McKenzie's the greatest corner in the NFL, but I do think he's underpaid for what he's accomplished over the past few years.

I don't think Sherman will do anything about the promotion of his DB coach that's ticking him off, but I wouldn't be surprised if they work in some sort of additional signing bonus and/or incentives package for him once the draft is over and the picks are signed.

This guy was one of my favorite players but this whole thing really ticks me off, he's just another one of "those" guys like T.O. and the others.

He's still young and cocky, someday he'll regret his decision. Personally, I could care less if Sherman does work anything out with him. Underpaid? Compared to who?

Welcome to the forums Alex! Glad to have you here.

I never liked McKenzie (of course he was always playing against my beloved Vikings), but its a shame when one player acts like this.

The players are right: football is a business, but they need to learn how to run the business correctly. Complaining and being cocky is a terrible way to manage business affairs.

    Pack attack,
I am no comedian; I am very offended by your comment. I will answer any questions about Mike's stay in Green Bay.

I heard a rumor about a three way trade between Green Bay, Kansas City, and Pittsburgh. (Actually I've seen it in several articles and forums.) Anyone know if there's any truth to it? I know McKenzie was being shopped at the NFL Owner's meetings....

mckenzie's a fricken joke. i hope he doesnt come back to the pack. All they would have to do is replace an average db, & they already did that w/ getting carrol & thomas. granted a couple rookie mistakes, carrol could start the season and do no worse than mckenzies play last year. mike's lucky hes not playing for lombardi otherwise he would have been sitting out the next 4 yrs after he skipped the first camp.
