Wow. Who knew Mikel Arteta and Manual Fernandes would make such a great partnership? I mean when Manuel came over from Benfica, alot of people thought he was overrated and a waste of time, but after watching him and Arteta rule the mighty Arsenal ALL day long, I've realised why we should buy him and have one of the strongest midfielders in the Premiership: He's Quick Talent He can shoot and pass with perfection with both feet Great Skill (as Fabregas found out on Sunday!) He can play anywhere in the Midfield And he's only 20 so he has huge potential so ?12Million seems a tiny price to pay for one of the best, young players I've seen in a while. He should easily be on the top of our shopping list by far, I hope you'll agree...
Great post, totally agree. If we can get them down to about £8 million it would be a bargain. Maybe Nugent and a Barton type player to play along side him as well; even though we already have a great player in Cahill. Plenty of possibilities.
As arsenal fan I agree he is worth the 12 million and was a different class in that midfield on Sunday, personally i would love it if he made his way to the emirates next season for us although we are bit overcrowded with great young talent. He looks the business and the Everton board should go all out for him.
Yeah he was amazing on Sunday and I agree with 12 Mil or maybe a bit more... played great against Arsenal
