<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">After Friday's Nets victory in Miami, a TV crew approached Mikki Moore. "You don't want to talk to me. I stunk," Moore said. Last night, everyone wanted to talk to Moore. And he accommodated. "Give Mikki credit. [Friday], after the game, he was very disappointed in his performance," coach Lawrence Frank said. "You are happy for a guy that takes accountability . . . [and] he wants to make amends." What Moore made was every shot he took - all nine of them - while scoring 20 points and grabbing eight rebounds as the Nets moved into a tie for first in the Atlantic with Toronto, a half-game ahead of the Knicks. "Guys have been behind me and coach talked to me last night, I was 0-for-3, I couldn't get anything going," said Moore. "Coach said just relax and play. That's what I tried to do."</div> Source I hope that he continues playing at this rate. I don't expect for him to score 20 points a night, but the 8 rebounds was nice and a solid 12 points a game won't be bad. Hopefully he steps up and plays at this level, atleast until Vince starts playing better.
If he gets around 5 offensive boards a night...I'll be esctatic. But realistically, 2 or 3 would be great.
