Both players are MVP canidates, and probably both going to be all-stars in Febuary. Garnett (last year's MVP) is going to fill up the score sheet every night, between points, boards, and assits. Amare is who having a breakout year, should have a slowed up game tonight because he is being played by KG. Stats for Amare, although Amare took KG for 38 last year, I will expect about 15-22 points tonight.

Player throughout the game, Minny has a chance to comeback at any time
Box Out! One of the top rebounders in the league, you can't let him get 2nd chances
CourtKing's Prediction: It's going to be a tough one, probably one of our toughest games of the year. Amare and KG, two of the best power forwards in the game today. I think that Amare will be slowed down enough in the first half by KG for the Wolves to take an early lead and hold onto it [IMG]

    Suns - 92
    T'Wolves - 96 :thumbsdow

Don't forget what Amare said: The thing with the Wolves is they don't have anyone who can stop me.

That sounds like he was calling out KG. This game should be good [IMG]

Do remember that he also was asked about who can guard KG and he plead the 5th.

Well we got our 3rd lose of the year :thumbsdow . Miami's Finest was right, the Wolves had no answer for Amare on the defencive end but they held him to only grabing 4 boards, where on the other end KG clearly out rebounded him 19 to 4. We also shot 2-16 (the 2 from Q-Rich) from down town, not good if your team is a three point team. Joe Johnson only with 4 points the whole game. Shawn Marion had another double-double, also Q-Rich added a double-double as well.

Some of the Suns players just did not come to play, plain and simple. How can amare think he's hot stuff if can only get 4 rebounds? Who cares how many points he has if he can't grab at least 10 rebounds. The suns shot like crap too....Why would you keep shooting 3's if you are not making them? Maybe drive to the basket? Maybe shoot mid range jumpers? Go inside? DUH!!!!!

Blah...Suns are still not legit and they will not get a chance to prove themselves until orlando and Spurs latter this month.
