I actually got to watch this game...it was incredible. Minnesota definitely has their weaknesses, but a win over Purdue was HUGE. Especially since in came in double OT.

Maroney is an absolute stud. 215 rushing yards is unreal.

Yea Maroney is a nice guy to. He's got a good attitude towards football.

    Also Mike Hart who??

I know he's hurt but all the hype the studs in the backfield are Laurence Maroney and Brian Caulhon.

Yeah, and Maroney had those yards against the top ranked rushing defense. If the Gophers stay true to the running game, they might make a legit run at the Big 10.

I picked them as a sleeper. So far there making me look good [IMG]

Anyways Maroney is a legit 1st rounder but he's one of the most durable backs I think I've seen in a long time in the college ranks. Usually you see 2-backs system but this guy touches the ball nearly 45 times a game. Caulhon is durable as well from Wisconsin but not quite like Maroney.

It's going to be tough to take the Ax IN Minnesota...but I think it can be done. Should be one of the best Big 10 matchups of the year!
