looking at the boxscore, i love the fact that all 5 of our stars were in double figures but hate the fact that kidd had to play 42 min. damn, white boy Boone had 17? how'd that happen? how'd Swat look?
Boone was great. Sean was good too but I get the feeling he is starting to hit the rookie wall. He got postirezed by Josh Smith today.
Regarding that dunk by Smith on Sean, it looked as if Sean forgot Smith was a lefty. When he went to block, he jumped towards the right side of Smith's body. I don't know if it would have made a difference, but it would have been cool to see if he could have blocked Smith if he jumped towards the left side of his body.

Don't see Sean hitting any wall. Inconsistency? Yes. But not rookie wall.
you missed some good action....the main thing that I take away from this game is the continuation of the improved play in the post by Boone and S Will....32 efficient points....the Nets are getting the post play they have been missing and without making a trade.....Boone's progression from November is amazing, I know he was coming back from an injury but he looked totally hapless and now you could argue he is becoming a legit center in this league

That RJ dunk on Williams (shelden?) was absolutley monstrous. Had to rewind that a couple times. Vince continues to step up, especially in the clutch and when his team needs offense, JKidd played at a hall of fame level for every second he was on the floor, RJ somehow racks up ~25 again while fouling out the whole Hawks team. All of Boone's shots must have been dunks, he's really learning his role and becoming a legit starter. I disagree about GM3's comment about Sean Williams. He showed some new offensive moves today, and they looked good. Blocked some shots, but needs to fight harder for rebounds instead of just jumping over people for them.
Sean was awesome. He was especially great at the beginning of the game. Boone took over where Sean left off in the 2nd half. Carter and Jefferson were driving, hitting shots. Boki was hittin mad threes!! And DA was playing like a crackhead, while Kidd was clearly playing his ass off. Everyone had good overall games. Gotta love what I saw in tonight's game.
