Missouri running back Henry Josey, the Big 12's leading rusher, had surgery on his left knee Sunday.

The school said Josey tore the patellar tendon and also had tears to the medial collateral and anterior cruciate ligaments, but that doctors were confident the sophomore will make a full recovery. The timeframe for his return has not been determined.
