Round One:1) Houston Texans ? Reggie Bush | Running Back | Southern Cal.Mario Williams is getting great consideration Bush is still the pick for Houston.2) New Orleans Saints - Mario Williams | Defensive End | N.C. StateNew Orleans is looking hard at AJ Hawk, but staying at #2 will likely give them Mario Williams who is arguably the better prospect anyway.3) Tennessee Titans ? Matt Leinart | Quarterback | Southern Cal.The Titans have ties to all three top quarterbacks, but see Leinart as the best prospect and re-unite him with offensive coordinator Norm Chow.4) New York Jets - D'Brickashaw Ferguson | Offensive Tackle | VirginiaThe Jets continue to work out Jay Cutler and Vince Young, but with Ferguson on the board here at #4 and a gaping hole at left tackle he's almost impassable here.5) Green Bay Packers ? AJ Hawk | Outside Linebacker | Ohio St.One of the shoe-ins of the draft, Green Bay has a huge need at outside linebacker and surprise no one picking Hawk here.6) San Francisco 49ers ? Vernon Davis | Tight End | MarylandThe team needs defense, but a bigger hole may be offensive weapons. They must surround Alex Smith, and Davis is possibly the best offensive prospect in the draft.7) Oakland Raiders ? Vince Young | Quarterback | TexasJay Cutler is a possibility here, but the Raiders select Young to learn from Aaron Brooks for a year or so before stepping in as the new face of the franchise.8) Buffalo Bills ? Winston Justice | Offensive Tackle | Southern Cal.The Bills take a long look at Brodrick Bunkley and Haloti Ngata to fill their need at defensive tackle, but they have needs all over the offensive line and Justice's stock has shot through the roof after impressive workouts.9) Detroit Lions ? Michael Huff | Defensive Back | TexasAndre Goodman went to Miami and RW McQuarters went to the Giants, and not only did they both play big roles in the Lions defense they also aren't very good. The Lions need to start new in the defensive backfield, and Michael Huff is the best DB in the draft.10) Arizona Cardinals ? Jay Cutler | Quarterback | VanderbiltThe Cardinals won't let Cutler fall any further, as Kurt Warner not only is an injury risk but is near the end of the line. Cutler's big arm and young receivers Larry Fitzgerald and Anquan Boldin are a perfect match. 11) St. Louis Rams ? Jimmy Williams | Cornerback | Virginia TechSt. Louis is in a tough spot here, as most of their needs would be a bit of a reach here at #11. Jimmy Williams is no exception, but has top 10 potential and can help their talentless defensive backfield.12) Cleveland Browns ? Haloti Ngata | Defensive End | OregonThe Browns see Ngata as a defensive end in their 3-4 scheme, although he may move inside to nose tackle once Ted Washington calls it quits.13) Baltimore Ravens ? Brodrick Bunkley | Defensive Tackle | Florida St.With a big need in the middle that Baltimore has seemed to have since the days of Tony Siragusa, defensive tackle is a position they must addresss early in the draft.14) Philadelphia Eagles ? Chad Jackson | Wide Receiver | FloridaThe Eagles may trade down at this point with both defensive tackles off the board (if they don?t trade up to get one of them), but with what?s available at #14 Chad Jackson will likely be the pick.15) Denver Broncos (f/ATL) ? Kamerion Wimbley | Defensive End | Florida St.The Broncos have actively been perusing all different pass rushers this off-season, and with Wimbley on the board here at #15 and not many holes to fill he quite possibly may the pick here. 16) Miami Dolphins ? Donte Whitner | Strong Safety | Ohio St.The Dolphins are in a tough spot here, looking at linebackers such as Ernie Sims and Chad Greenway and receivers such as Santonio Holmes. The team has made a great effort to revamp their secondary this off-season, and Whitner solidifies that movement as the team's new starting safety or at the very least, nickel corner.17) Minnesota Vikings ? Ernie Sims | Outside Linebacker | Florida St.The Vikings have moved to a Cover-2 defense, and Sims fits the scheme perfectly. Sims helps push a group of mediocre linebackers out the door in Minnesota.18) Dallas Cowboys ? Santonio Holmes | Wide Receiver | Ohio St.The Cowboys added Terrell Owens, but opposite of him Terry Glenn is getting older and there is no depth to speak of after the two.19) San Diego Chargers ? Antonio Cromartie | Cornerback | Florida St.The Chargers needed secondary help since the end of the season, and have traded corner Sammy Davis as well as put other defensive backs on the trading block. Cromartie has top ten talent and would have been a top 5 pick next year had he stayed in school.20) Kansas City Chiefs ? Tye Hill | Cornerback | ClemsonHill shined at the Senior Bowl, seeing himself go from a late first rounder to mid first rounder. This is still a bit late for him and may be a huge steal for the Chiefs.21) New England Patriots ? Bobby Carpenter | Outside Linebacker | Ohio St.The Pats have never had trouble reaching for a player who fits into their system, and with Chad Greenway and DeAngelo Williams still on the board they instead go with Bobby Carpenter who can play inside or out in a 3-4 defense.22) San Francisco 49ers (f/DEN thru WAS) ? Chad Greenway | Outside Linebacker | IowaThe 49ers clearly acquired this pick from Denver intending on picking up a front seven player, and Greenway is a fit in the 3-4 defense.23) Tampa Bay Buccaneers ? Jonathan Joseph | Cornerback | South CarolinaRonde Barber and Brian Kelly are getting older, and there is no depth to speak of at the position, making Joseph a great pick here at #23.24) Cincinnati Bengals ? Mathias Kiwanuka | Defensive End | Boston CollegeKiwanuka?s only major flaw is that he was shut down by D?Brickashaw Ferguson in the Senior Bowl..Not much of a flaw, huh? Kiwi still has the tools to be productive and will be used primary as a situational pass rusher on the lackluster Bengals defensive line.25) New York Giants ? John McCargo | Defensive Tackle | N.C. StateIt?s a bit of a reach, but the Giants have a huge need at defensive tackle and McCargo is certainly a first round talent.26) Chicago Bears ? Sinorice Moss | Wide Receiver | Miami (FL)The Bears have spoken highly of Moss for months, and showed interest in Antwaan Randle El who is a similar type of player.27) Carolina Panthers ? DeAngelo Williams | Running Back | MemphisThe Panthers simply can?t pass on Williams here, who has top ten talent. Deshaun Foster was re-signed but is still a huge injury risk, and the team wasn?t satisfied with Eric Shelton even before he went down with a season ending injury.28) Jacksonville Jaguars ? Thomas Howard | Outside Linebacker | U.T.E.P.The Jaguars lost Akin Ayodele to the Cowboys and have no one ready to step into the starting lineup making Howard, a guy they like, a great pick here.29) New York Jets (f/ATL thru DEN) ? Laurence Maroney | Running Back | MinnesotaThe Jets will take a long look at Manny Lawson here, but gamble on him falling to them in the second and take Laurence Maroney, a playmaker who will help support the declining Curtis Martin.30) Indianapolis Colts ? Joseph Addai | Running Back | L.S.U.The Colts saw arguably the two top backs in the draft taken almost right before they picked, and the linebacker who they probably like most taken in between the two. Addai is a reach here, but the Colts feel that running back is such an imminent need that they can?t risk him or Brian Calhoun falling to them in the second round, or even taking a gamble on LenDale White.31) Seattle Seahawks ? Jason Allen | Defensive Back | TennesseeAllen is a borderline first rounder after failing recent physicals, but the Seahawks have a need for depth at both corner and free safety and he can provide them with that at the very least.32) Pittsburgh Steelers ? LenDale White | Running Back | Southern Cal.White's stock has suddenly gone on a downward spiral, and some believe he'll fall into the second round. However the Steelers don't have any pressing needs, and enough depth at running back to afford the "injury risk" involved with picking White.Round Two:33) Houston Texans ? Eric Winston | Offensive Tackle | Miami (FL)The Texans would be considered braindead to pass on an offensive tackle for a second straight round, and Winston can be one of the steals of the draft if he returns to the form he showed two years ago.34) New Orleans Saints ? DeMeco Ryans | Outside Linebacker | AlabamaThe Saints brought in Anthony Simmons and Scott Fujita, but one or both may not crack the starting lineup and depth is needed.35) New York Jets ? Manny Lawson | Outside Linebacker | N.C. State Lawson slowly saw his stock rising and was expected to go somewhere in the mid-first, but soon was considered a late first, and then possibly early second rounder. This is still a great value pick for the Jets who need as many 3-4 players as they can get.36) Green Bay Packers ? Nick Mangold | Center | Ohio St.After losing Mike Flanagan, the Packers have a strong need at center and simply cannot pass on Mangold here as he?s a possible first round pick.37) Denver Broncos (f/SF) ? Brian Calhoun | Running Back | WisconsinThis may be a bit high for Calhoun, but the Broncos supposedly really like him and feel that he won?t be there when they pick later in the second round.38) Oakland Raiders ? Gabe Watson | Defensive Tackle | MichiganThe Raiders have needs all over their defense, and Watson is the big guy in the middle Oakland likes and will help fill the hole left by Ted Washington and Ed Jasper.39) Tennessee Titans ? D?Qwell Jackson | Inside Linebacker | MarylandThe Titans let starter Brad Kassell walk, making Jackson a great pick and great fit between David Thorton and Keith Bulluck.40) Detroit Lions ? Roger McIntosh | Outside Linebacker | Miami (FL)The Lions desperately need linebacker help, and must address the position early.41) Arizona Cardinals ? Marcus McNeill | Offensive Tackle | AuburnMcNeill has top 15 talent, but a back injury has caused his stock to plummet and while his talent isn't in question, his health is a major concern. With decent depth along the offensive line, the Cardinals can afford picking him here as he may wind up being one of the biggest steals in the draft.42) Buffalo Bills ? Kelly Jennings | Cornerback | Miami (FL)The Bills franchised Nate Clements, but after he and Terrence McGee have little depth to speak of and this is a great value pick. 43) Cleveland Browns ? Tamba Hali | Defensive End | Penn St.Despite his stock steadily falling, the Browns have been said to like Hali and he will immediately play at least a situational role in their front seven.44) Baltimore Ravens ? Daniel Bullocks | Safety | NebraskaThe Ravens have a need at safety after losing Will Demps and Bullocks is a nice fit at either safety position next to Ed Reed.45) Philadelphia Eagles ? Claude Wroten | Defensive Tackle | L.S.U.Luis Castillo was a proven steroid user and many figured his stock had plummeted, but the Chargers selected him at the tail end of the first round last year. Wroten had an even smaller off the field incident involving weed, and for some reason people are considering him a late second rounder. Wroten has no talent issues and is still a first round talent, and his incident off the field is minor enough to be ignored, even by the Eagles.46) St Louis Rams ? Marcedes Lewis | Tight End | U.C.L.A.Lewis will solidify the Rams offense that has lacked a pass catching tight end for years.47) Atlanta Falcons ? Richard Marshall | Cornerback | Fresno St.The Falcons lack depth at the cornerback position, and after adding Lawyer Milloy and Chris Crocker this off-season have done a great job rebuilding their defensive backfield.48) Minnesota Vikings ? Charlie Whitehurst | Quarterback | ClemsonThe Vikings seem determined to draft their future franchise quarterback early in the draft, and after seeing none of the big three fall to them in the first round (as expected) they're sure to scoop up Whitehurst before anyone else can.49) Dallas Cowboys ? Ashton Youboty | Cornerback | Ohio St.Cornerback isn?t a huge need for Dallas, but Youboty is a borderline first rounder and the Cowboys have done a good enough job of filling their other needs through free agency to make a great value pick here.50) San Diego Chargers ? Daryn Colledge | Offensive Tackle | Boise St.The Chargers need depth on the offensive line after injury and age hurt the group?s production last season.51) Minnesota Vikings (f/MIA) ? Cedric Griffin | Cornerback | TexasAfter losing Brian Williams to the Jags, the Vikings need depth behind Fred Smoot and Antoine Williams52) New England Patriots ? Maurice Stovall | Wide Receiver | Notre DameThe losses of David Givens, Andre Davis and Tim Dwight can not be made up by with only Reche Caldwell. The team needs depth at the position more than any other and Stovall will help provide that at the very least, and former Patriot coach Charlie Weiss is most likely encouraging this pick.53) Washington Redskins ? Anthony Fasano | Tight End | Notre DameTight end is barely a need at all for Washington, but they seemingly have a lot of interest in Fasano and recently have had him in for three visits.54) Kansas City Chiefs ? Mark Anderson | Defensive End | AlabamaAnderson's stock has risen as of late, however this may still be a bit of a reach. The Chiefs have a need at defensive end across from Jared Allen, and Anderson will become the pass rusher they're looking for.55) Cincinatti Bengals ? Leonard Pope | Tight End | GeorgiaThe Bengals have never had a top tight end, and in a draft full of them must take advantage and pick one early. Pope is easily a top tier tight end in this draft and will immediately step into the starting lineup.56) New York Giants ? Demetrius Williams | Wide Receiver | OregonThe Giants don?t have much depth at wide receiver after Plaxico Burress and Amani Toomer, who is also getting older.57) Chicago Bears ? Dominique Byrd | Tight End | Southern Cal.The Bears are another team who have lacked a top tight end for a long time, and while Byrd isn't the best in the draft he is certainly the first or second best in the second tier at the position.58) Carolina Panthers ? Darnell Bing | Strong Safety | Southern Cal.The Panthers have a hole at safety after moving Thomas Davis to linebacker on a full time basis.59) Tampa Bay Buccaneers ? Davin Joseph | Offensive Guard | OklahomaThe Bucs have been all over Davin Joseph for months now, and early this year noted that he may be worth their first round pick. That has obviously changed now, but the team still has a need at guard and shouldn't hesitate to pick him here.60) Jacksonville Jaguars ? Ko Simpson | Free Safety | South CarolinaSafety isn?t a major need for the Jaguars, but after already picking up the linebacker they need make a pretty good value pick here with Simpson who will likely take over for Deon Grant within the coming years.61) Denver Broncos ? Derek Hagan | Wide Receiver | Arizona St.The Broncos have a huge need at wide receiver, as Rod Smith is aging and Ashley Lelie may be available for trade. While they may acquire Javon Walker sometime through the draft (possibly with this pick), Hagan is a solid young receiver with lots of potential.62) Indianapolis Colts ? Charles Spencer | Offensive Guard | PittsburghPeyton complains, and the franchise listens. After having interior blocking problems in the playoff game against the Steelers, the Colts make a great value pick in Spencer.63) Seattle Seahawks ? Darryl Tapp | Defensive End | Virginia TechThe Seahawks showed their interest in adding a defensive end by their aggressive pursuit of John Abraham. Tapp has fallen a bit, making him the most logical pick at for Seattle.64) Pittsburgh Steelers ? Danieal Manning | Defensive Back | Abilene ChristianThe Steelers saw Chris Hope sign with the Titans, leaving a hole at free safety. While they brought in Ryan Clark, who is nothing more than a backup or at the very most a one year bridge to Manning, who can play either safety or cornerback and help out as the return man they lost in Antwaan Randle El.Round Three:65) Houston Texans (f/NO) ? Anthony Smith | Free Safety | SyracuseSmith is a great value pick here as the Texans desperately need help at safety and won't find starter quality players in later rounds. 66) Houston Texans ? Gerris Wilkinson | Inside Linebacker | Georgia TechThe Texans brought in Sam Cowart to play inside linebacker, but he's hardly a long-term solution. Wilkinson may very well start over Cowart and provides them with an upgrade in the middle of their defense.67) Green Bay Packers ? Taitusi Latui | Offensive Guard | Southern Cal.The Packers weren't able to recover from losing both of their starting guards last off-season, and need to start over at the position. Brett Favre is making his decision after the draft and the Packers need to put as good of an offensive line as they can on display for him.68) Denver Broncos (f/SF) ? Joe Klopfenstein | Tight End | ColoradoKlopfenstein is another player the Broncos like, as he will help fill the hole left by Jeb Putzier at tight end.69) Oakland Raiders ? Max Jean-Gilles | Offensive Guard | Georgia The Raiders need help on the interior line, and Jean-Gilles is a big guard who will help protect Aaron Brooks.70) Buffalo Bills (f/TEN) ? Jonathan Lewis | Defensive Tackle | Virginia TechThe Bills have a clear need at defensive tackle, watching three of them depart this off-season, all who played significant roles in 2005 and who also didn't produce as they should have.71) New York Jets ? Ryan O'Callaghan | Offensive Tackle | CaliforniaDespite the Jets already selecting D'Brickashaw Ferguson, they go back to addressing their offensive line and pick yet another tackle in O'Callaghan, who will push Adrian Jones for the right tackle job and at the very least provide depth at both right tackle and right guard.72) Arizona Cardinals ? Abdul Hodge | Inside Linebacker | IowaThe Cardinals have a talented young linebacker in Carlos Dansby, and also drafted Daryl Blackstock last year, making inside linebacker the only spot they must address early.73) Buffalo Bills ? Roman Harper | Safety | AlabamaAfter losing Lawyer Milloy this off-season, the Bills can use some competition at strong safety to replace him.74) Detroit Lions ? Andrew Whitworth | Offensive Tackle | L.S.U.The Lions need help along the offensive line, and Whitworth is the right tackle they're looking for to replace Kelly Butler in the starting lineup75) New England Patriots (f/BAL) ? Kai Parham | Inside Linebacker | VirginiaIt's a reach, but the Pats feel that Parham won't be there when they pick next and they don't have a problem reaching for players that fit their system, as mentioned before. The Pats need to bring in fresh young linebackers, and Parham is good for depth inside.76) Philadelphia Eagles ? Jon Scott | Offensive Tackle | TexasThe Eagles have a slight need at offensive tackle as they?ve got two starters in Tra Thomas and Jon Runyan who only have two or at the best, three years left in them.77) St. Louis Rams ? Ray Edwards | Defensive End | PurdueAfter filling other holes on the defensive side of the ball, the only position the Rams have failed to address to this point is defensive end. Edwards will help their defensive line and hopefully the production of Leonard Little.78) Cleveland Browns ? Chris Gocong | Outside Linebacker | Cal PolyGocong has seen his stock skyrocket recently and will help in the front seven for Cleveland.79) Atlanta Falcons ? Maurice Drew | Running Back | U.C.L.A.Warrick Dunn isn't getting any younger, and TJ Duckett doesn?t quite fit the system. The Falcons have done their homework on Drew and he will help out in the backfield and as a return man.80) Dallas Cowboys ? Stanley McClover | Outside Linebacker | AuburnThe Cowboys have a need at outside linebacker and McClover is a great pass rushing OLB who can help compliment Demarcus Ware.81) San Diego Chargers ? Parys Haralson | Outside Linebacker | TennesseeThe Chargers need help at linebacker as Donnie Edwards and the organization aren't on good terms and Randall Godfrey only has a year left in him.82) Miami Dolphins ? Travis Wilson | Wide Receiver | OklahomaWith Marty Booker nearing the end and no depth after him and Chris Chambers, wide receiver is a position the Dolphins must address on the first day. Wilson has great potential and will learn behind two solid receivers and under Nick Saban.83) Minnesota Vikings ? Greg Jennings | Wide Receiver | Western MichiganAny time you lose your #1 wide receiver through free agency, you best be looking to replace him in any way possible. With an unimpressive group of situational receivers on the roster, the Vikings need someone to pair with Troy Williamson for the long term and Jennings is that receiver.84) San Francisco 49ers (f/WAS) ? Brandon Marshall | Wide Receiver | Central FloridaAfter trading Rashaun Woods and letting Johnny Morton go, the 49ers are now very thin at wide receiver and must continue to surround Alex Smith.85) Kansas City Chiefs ? Babatunde Oshinowo | Defensive Tackle | StanfordA reserve/situational role at a weak and untalented position for Kansas City for a season should give Oshinowo the conditioning needed before he is ready to assume a full time role.86) New England Patriots ? Jeremy Trueblood | Offensive Tackle | Boston CollegeTrueblood is a local prospect who can help make up for the loss of Tom Ashworth to the Seahawks.87) New York Giants ? Rodrique Wright | Defensive Tackle | TexasThe Giants are paper thin at defensive tackle and even after picking up McCargo in the first Wright may be forced into the starting lineup very soon.88) Chicago Bears ? Kevin Boothe | Offensive Guard | CornellRuben Brown doesn?t have a lot left in him and Terrence Metcalf isn?t an ideal starter either making offensive line depth a problem for Chicago even after Roberto Garza. 89) Carolina Panthers ? David Thomas | Tight End | TexasThe Panthers have a big need for a solid pass catching tight end, and while Thomas is a bit of a reach here they have no other big needs and he may not be there when they pick next.90) Tampa Bay Buccaneers ? Devin Hester | Cornerback | Miami (FL)The Buccaneers get at least a return man out of Hester, who may also provide depth at wide receiver and/or cornerback.91) Cincinatti Bengals ? Pat Watkins | Free Safety | Florida St. Dexter Jackson is no long-term solution, and Watkins will be groomed as his replacement at free safety.92) Jacksonville Jaguars ? Jerious Norwood | Running Back | Mississippi St.Norwood isn?t being heavily regarded as a first day pick, but is a great fit in Jacksonville and with ?Fragile? Fred Taylor possibly on his way out of Jacksonville depth is needed and Norwood can assume a situational role at the very least.93) Atlanta Falcons (f/DEN) ? Chris Chester | Center | OklahomaChester's stock has risen as of late, and he fits the zone blocking scheme used in Atlanta.94) Indianapolis Colts ? Jesse Mahelona | Defensive Tackle | TennesseeMahelona helps to fill the hole left by Larry Tripplett next to Corey Simon at defensive tackle.95) Minnesota Vikings (f/SEA) ? Alan Zemaitis | Cornerback | Penn St.The Vikings drafted Cedric Griffin in the second, but this is a drop for Zemaitis and he fits perfectly well in their Cover-2 defense. The Vikings will most likely move Zemaitis to safety where he will provide depth at the very least.96) Pittsburgh Steelers ? Martin Nance | Wide Receiver | Miami (OH)Nance isn't warranting a first day grade from many, but the Steelers want him as he was Ben Roethlisberger's favorite target in college and they don't feel he'll be there when they pick next.97) New York Jets (comp) ? Omar Jacobs | Quarterback | Bowling GreenJacobs has the tools to be a top 20 pick, but he is a developmental project and that for some reason has plummeted his stock. He has the potential to be the best QB out of this draft class possibly making this pick an enormous steal.Picks By Team:San Francisco 49ers:6) Vernon Davis | Tight End | Maryland22) Chad Greenway | Outside Linebacker | Iowa84) Brandon Marshall | Wide Receiver | Central FloridaChicago Bears:26) Sinorice Moss | Wide Receiver | Miami (FL)57) Dominique Byrd | Tight End | Southern Cal.88) Kevin Boothe | Offensive Guard | CornellCincinatti Bengals:24) Mathias Kiwanuka | Defensive End | Boston College55) Leonard Pope | Tight End | Georgia91) Pat Watkins | Free Safety | Florida St.Buffalo Bills:8) Winston Justice | Offensive Tackle | Southern Cal.42) Kelly Jennings | Cornerback | Miami (FL)70) Jonathan Lewis | Defensive Tackle | Virginia Tech73) Roman Harper | Safety | AlabamaDenver Broncos:15) Kamerion Wimbley | Defensive End | Florida St.37) Brian Calhoun | Running Back | Wisconsin61) Derek Hagan | Wide Receiver | Arizona St.68) Joe Klopfenstein | Tight End | ColoradoCleveland Browns:12) Haloti Ngata | Defensive End | Florida St.43) Tamba Hali | Defensive End | Penn St.78) Chris Gocong | Outside Linebacker | Cal PolyTampa Bay Buccaneers:23) Jonathan Joseph | Cornerback | South Carolina59) Davin Joseph | Offensive Guard | Oklahoma90) Devin Hester | Cornerback | Miami (FL)Arizona Cardinals:10) Jay Cutler | Quarterback | Vanderbilt41) Marcus McNeill | Offensive Tackle | Auburn72) Abdul Hodge | Inside Linebacker | IowaSan Diego Chargers:19) Antonio Cromartie | Cornerback | Florida St.50) Daryn Colledge | Offensive Tackle | Boise St.81) Parys Haralson | Outside Linebacker | TennesseeKansas City Chiefs:20) Tye Hill | Cornerback | Clemson 54) Mark Anderson | Defensive End | Alabama85) Babatunde Oshinowo | Defensive Tackle | StanfordIndianapolis Colts:30) Joseph Addai | Running Back | L.S.U.62) Charles Spencer | Offensive Guard | Pittsburgh94) Jesse Mahelona | Defensive Tackle | TennesseeDallas Cowboys:18) Santonio Holmes | Wide Receiver | Ohio St.49) Ashton Youboty | Cornerback | Ohio St.80) Parys Haralson | Outside Linebacker | TennesseeMiami Dolphins:16) Donte Whitner | Defensive Back | Ohio St.82) Travis Wilson | Wide Receiver | OklahomaPhiladelphia Eagles:14) Chad Jackson | Wide Receiver | Florida45) Claude Wroten | Defensive Tackle | L.S.U.76) Jon Scott | Offensive Tackle | Texas Atlanta Falcons:47) Richard Marshall | Cornerback | Fresno St.79) Maurice Drew | Running Back | U.C.L.A.93) Chris Chester | Center | OklahomaNew York Giants:25) John McCargo | Defensive Tackle | N.C. The colts moved Brock to full time DT. so that leaves Brock, Monte Reagor and darryl Reid next to simon. that is a pretty solid rotation. I think the colts address linebacker first round. but overall that is a pretty sweet mock man.

I thought I read somewhere that Gilbert Gardner is going to start at OLB, so he and possibly a fourth rounder can split time there. And I know you say "full time DT", but do you think they're really going to leave only Mathis and Freeney at DE or is that something they plan on addressing early in the draft?

St. Louis' picks...Round 1, Jimmy Williams - He's a good player, but if Tye Hill is still on the board, I believe we'd take Hill over Williams. J-Wil seems more like a project, and we need someone who can come in and start at the #2/nickle CB right away, and I think Hill could do that.Round 2, Marcedes Lewis - We HAVE to go tight end here, so Marcedes is a nice pick. But like the first rounder, if Leonard Pope is still on the board, I think we'd take him over Marcedes. I'd be very happy with either though.Round 3, Ray Edwards - I'll be honest. I've never heard of him before. I think we'll go DE here, so he could be the pick. There's other DEs that may be there that we'd take over him though I think. Daryl Tapp, the guy from Syracuse, or some others. But I don't know much about Edwards, so not much I can say.

well josh thomas plays really well when he gets the chance. he will prolly play first downs. and they drafted jonathon welsh from wisconson last year, but he never saw the field becuase he was hurt. he should be a good pass rusher. I guess mathis bulked up to about 250 or so, so he should be fine. But outside linebacker does need to be addressed. gill gardener and trjaun Haggler will split time right now on the outside. I really like haggler. He was the fastest and strongest OLB in the draft last year, but he had a sports hernia and missed most of the season. as for spencer.....i agree that the line needs to be addressed, but almost all the colts linemen were picked in the second day. only glenn and diem were picked first day, and deim was a late 3rd rounder. Bill polien makes great late round draft picks on the o-line. but like i said this is a sweet mock. one of the better ones i have seen. good work.

A lot of people are ranking Pope higher than Lewis..And again, I had him there for a while but I think Lewis offers them with more of a pass catcher and fits the offense better than Pope does.
Well both Tapp and LaCasse are gone by that point..Unless you're talking about James Wyche, but he's not a first day pick.[quote name='bobferg' post='42481' date='Apr 22 2006, 05:20 PM']well josh thomas plays really well when he gets the chance. he will prolly play first downs. and they drafted jonathon welsh from wisconson last year, but he never saw the field becuase he was hurt. he should be a good pass rusher. Peyton complaining may be Polien's reason to go ahead and pick an offensive guard early on.I agree that outside linebacker is a need..But there just aren't any worth taking in the second or third without trading up, which I don't like to predict in my mocks. You say Gardner and Haggler will split time, so wouldn't you think a fourth round pick would be good enough for a three way competition? If the team wants to give Gardner and Haggler time, they shouldn't really go ahead and take an OLB too early and basically keep both of them off of the field.

Brodie Croyle, Kellen Clements, Charlie Whitehurst > Omar Jacobs. Put one of them in the Jets compensation pick and I'll have no complaints there. How you have the first 2 of them fall out of Day 1 entirely is beyond me.Ryan LaClasse makes no sense for the Jets if we already drafted Lawson (Who would be an Outside Linebacker for us). Our linebacking core would be deep with Vilma, Barton, Hobson, Lawson, Kassell, Chatham, Bryan Thomas and McClover. A better pick there would be an interior offensive lineman like Eslinger.

Do you really consider Hobson an every down player and starter? Same could be said for Lawson and McClover...I think the depth chart would look like this:OLB - Hobson/McCloverILB - Vilma/KasselILB - Barton/KasselOLB - Lawson/ChathamDE - Ellis/McClover/LawsonDE - Thoams/McClover/LawsonYou just can't have enough situational players in a 3-4 defense..And as far as the QBs go..Omar Jacobs is a first round talent, but needs some conditioning and coaching before he's ready..I dont know why so many people are underrating him, just because Croyle's mug has been on TV (Skills Competition) people act like he's a sure thing for the first day, and he's not. Kellen Clemens and McNeal are both questionmarks, McNeal may become a WR and Clemens probably will never be a starter in the league. McNeal may be a fit for KC, but I'm not sure yet.

I sure hope this one is right. I would rather see a team fall for Tye Hill early and let us get Jimmy Williams late, but I don't think it will happen. Jimmy Williams is too much of a gem, that's why I think that we will go with Tye Hill. We got lucky this year because the first round is loaded with corners.Other areas we need to address: Wide Reciever, Defensive End, Fullback. I wouldn't be suprised if instead of drafting a cornerback, we went WR with Sinorice Moss or Santonio Holmes. If there is a talented player late in the first round, like Chad Greenway, I wouldn't mind seeing us pick him up. Good mock overall.

Round 1: Justice is a good pick.Round 2: I don't think taking a CB that high is necessary. Especially with Daniel Bullocks on the board who would fill the need for a starting SS.Round 3: I love the Jonathan Lewis pick. As for O'Callaghan, I'm not a big fan, I think we'd take Jonathan Scott over him because of Scotts ability to play LT which O'Callaghan dosen't have. Grabbing Kevin Boothe for LG and keeping Gandy at LT is a possiblity too.
