That's probably gonna be a blow to the Bucs' defense. Monte was very solid in leading that defense for a while now. I'd bet he was going to retire or close to retiring anyway and just decided to take a nice chill job working on his sons coaching staff for a good college program. Hes a football lifer so this is a good way for him to wind down his football career. I like Lane Kiffin a lot, I think he'll improve that Tennessee program. Good situation for both parties.
