Miguel Montero was out of interim manager Kirk Gibson's lineup for the second straight day Saturday, but don't fret, D-backs fans: The catcher's surgically repaired right knee is fine. "I promise," said the sometimes secretive Gibson. The skipper explained that Montero, who caught 23 innings total between Wednesday and Thursday, would be counted on heavily during the club's upcoming six-game trip, which begins Tuesday. Plus, Gibson replaced the left-handed-hitting Montero with the right-handed-hitting Chris Snyder in Saturday's lineup against Giants lefty starter Madison Bumgarner. "Righties are considerably better on him," Gibson said. In fact, through his first five Major League starts, Bumgarner has held lefties to a .161 batting average (5-for-31), while righties were .263 (25-for-95). http://arizona.diamondbacks.mlb.com...12583790&vkey=notebook_ari&fext=.jsp&c_id=ari
