You know how it always seems like someone is always going off on GS with a season/career high? Well with that in mind, here is just from the last month's games:

01/30: Sasha Pavlovic, CLE, career high points (24)
01/31: Josh Childress, ATL, season high points (23, tie)
02/02: Andre Igoudala, PHI, career high assists (13)
02/03: Gerald Wallace, CHA, career high rebounds (17, tie)
02/05: Mike Dunleavy, IND, season high rebounds (13)
02/07: Kevin Garnett, MIN, season high assists (10)
02/11: Joe Johnson, ATL, season high assists (11)
02/11: Josh Smith, ATL, season high points (29, tie)
02/12: Marcus Camby, DEN career high assists (7, tie)
02/14: Nate Robinson, NY, season high points (23)
02/21: Mike Miller, MEM, career high points (45)
    02/24: Elton Brand,LAC career high blocks (8)
02/25: Maurice Evans, LAL career high points (26)
02/27: Mo Williams, MIL, season high assists (13)

And that's not even counting all the team records and individual almost-career-highs.

    UPDATE:

02/28: Tyrus Thomas, CHI, career high points (14)
02/28: Adrian Griffin, CHI, season high points (17)
02/28: Thabo Sefolosha, CHI, career high points (19)

A lot of them are swingmen or power forwards... I'm not surprised.

GS players are'nt winning any awards for all nba defensive team. I can't name one kickass small forward or power forward we've ever had that can play both ends of the floor. Finding a top tier nba center is a crapshoot, but you figure we'd find at least a good to decent small forward or power forward in the last 6 years that can score and defend. Think Josh Howard or guys like Joe Johnson that can do offense and do defense.

I can't stand major defensive liabilities with no ruggedness to their games. Other teams will just pound the crap out of our weakest link over and over. Yeah Jamison scores 42 points, but he gives up enough to cancel it out. I guess I should miss the fact he could shoot free throws and get to the line, though... Ugh...

Too many problems that are necessity to a team that wants to make the playoffs. Defense, free throws, rebounding.
