What does it imply? It's building to move the team out of state? It's about cost cutting? It's the last run for Kidd, Carter and RJ before a move?
-Petey

more than a game. the nets now go out to events more frequently and want to advertise the Nets organization as not only a basketball team, but a source of entertainment i believe. since yormark came over there have been Net bbq's at ticket holder's homes and started to make the nets a more accessible franchise. i like it better than Bring It! because there were many many nights, especially at the start of the year, when our team did not Bring It! its only time before our new franchise slogan becomes, Boom Got Them Tho!

tru dat!

QUOTE (Denny Crane)

QUOTE (jirohkanzaki)

it's more than a game...it's a business!

It's not a business, it's.... a soap opera!

Its more than a game...its also the emotion put forward on the court? KMart is getting bought out and we're signing him to the rest of our MLE. Book it
For a team who had plenty of night sleepwalking through games defensively last season I think it's a pretty funny/sad slogan that feels pretty hollow.Maybe "it's more than a game" is referring to it being a business too as we let two of the most energetic/fan favorite players go (for better or worse) and have 4 guys basically playing for new contracts in Magliore, Wright, Boki, and Nenad?

This is the year we need to bring it.
