Actually if you think about it... they way Deron is playing he can improve SOOOOOOOOOOO much more than Felton.
If Raymond Felton gets a good jumpshot he's going to be one of the better points in the game, Deron Williams, i've not seen enough of him and playing with Sloan he's always going to be on a short leash and thus not get the chances on the court.
i think it's definitely Felton. He's playing in a system where he can play to the best of his abilities (good point BCB). He improved ALOT in college and has alot of room to grow.
Raymond Felton. Look at what he did in Charlotte when he was given minutes... he might have been able to give Chris Paul a run for the ROY if Felton had started from the beginning.
I think they will both be very good PG's in the future, but I think Felton has more upside. He has better mechanics on his shot, he's a much better playmaker, he is a better defender, and he is more under control. I happen to be a big fan of Deron, but to be realistic, Ray Felton has more upside. But that is not saying Deron is not gunna be an excellent player, because I believe he will too.
I think Williams has more upside because he leaves much more to be desired. But who do I think will be better? I def have to go with Felton. He has shown some good decesion making and great scoring ability within a team concept. I like his game a lot more than Williams.
Raymond looked promising towards the end of the season. His stats were uncanny and he can make that team much better.
