<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">With the No. 2 pick in the NBA draft, the Chicago Bulls select ... Adam Morrison? That scenario would be just fine with Morrison, the Gonzaga junior forward who led Division I in scoring last season with a 28.4 average. "[The Bulls have] a great team, and the organization is back on the rise,'' Morrison said Tuesday from Los Angeles, where he is preparing for his pre-draft workouts. "It would be great to play in Chicago for the Bulls.'' But as far as Morrison is concerned, it would be just as great to play for Toronto, which has the No. 1 pick, or No. 3 Charlotte or No. 4 Portland. Or No.12 New Orleans, for that matter. "Honestly, it doesn't really matter what team I play for,'' he said. "I've never really been a huge NBA fan, so I just want to go play wherever. I don't care what number I'm drafted at. Just playing in the NBA is the most important thing. That's the main goal.'' Morrison knows general managers will have questions about his health. As a Type 1 diabetic, Morrison is insulin-dependent and must check his blood sugar level frequently. Sometimes he has to get insulin shots during games. Having lived with the disease since eighth grade, Morrison is accustomed to the protocol. But he realizes many people are not familiar with the disease. It's possible a GM might shy away from picking him because of his diabetes. "Everybody that doesn't know the whole thing about the disease thinks it limits people, which it doesn't,'' he said. "Any diabetic will tell you that if you take care of yourself, you can do just about anything. There are marathon runners and [triathletes] that are diabetics. So if you just take care of yourself, there's no limits physically to what you can do.'' Morrison said he has spoken to former NBA player Chris Dudley, who also has Type 1 diabetes, about making the adjustment to NBA life.</div> Source
That's nice to see that Morrison doesn't care what NBA team he plays for. I dont think it would be a good decision for the Bulls to draft Morrison, when either Aldridge or Tyrus will still be available at the 2nd pick. Plus Morrison is a small forward and we are already set at that position.
Morrison showed me something i didnt like in that game they lost when he started crying before the game was over. I dont think that we need him anyway, we need a big man...
He looks like he should be a in a porno, not a basketball court. We are set at Small Forward, we need a big man.
^^ yeah i didnt like that. The game wasnt even close to over, and he felt it was. He has a lot of passion and could be good, but nocioni and deng are very solid sf's. You guys need a pf
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting I-Miss-MJ:</div><div class="quote_post"> We are set at Small Forward, we need a big man.</div> Exactly...
That's nice to hear. But, we need a big man. I like how Morrison plays and would love to have him on the Bulls, but, he's not needed. LAMARCUS IS! TORONTO DON'T DRAFT HIM!
plus he has diabetes...haha sorry totally joking. yeah the porno thing is very true though and more importantly the fact that we are at set SP is.
Ben Gordon was on Cold Pizza today promoting his new drink and they asked him who he wants in the draft and he said LaMarcus Aldridge. Also he's not very interview friendly, he got pissed when she said his drink had kind of the same Gatorade tang to it, he corrected her fast by saying it was the BG7 tang.
There is an article out right now saying Aldridge wants to be a Bull. When I get the link working I will post it.
lol, can NBA player's deny being picked by a team by declining, and getting drafted by another? I doubt it, sounds to stupid. I saw that Ben Gordon was going to be on Cold Pizza, but I had to go to school and when I left it was going to be on like 30 mins after... I wanted to watch it too.

It also in a way shows his determination.

Most feel it was still too early to show any signs of defeat. There's no doubt the kid has tremendous passion and energy that any team in the NBA could use.
lol morrison will not be a bull.....only way i see us drafting him is if he would incredibly slip pass 15 teams and end up at our 16th pick lol

I don't know if you can hit a big shot with tears running down your eyes.
I think the whole crying thing was blown way out of proportion. He cried in the heat of the moment he thought his team was about to advance in the tournament one moment, and the next his squad is losing, he showed emotion it’s no big deal he is a young kid. I start cursing at my TV, and yelling like crazy when I throw an interception in Madden I can just imagine how he felt. The fact that he cried that one game doesn’t erase all the clutch shots he made in the past for his team, and the big plays he had made that very night. I wouldn't change my opinion of him on that instance alone. I still don’t think we will/should draft him. We have no need for his service, but whatever team gets him is getting a good player.
