BBC SPORT | Football | My Club | Chelsea | Mourinho demands Chelsea backing How can anyone say that there's no fire at the source of all this smoke? would this be necessary if there wasn't some real issues at the moment? and i thought for a second it was a (brilliant) mind game being played to take the fire off of his players, but it's only managed to alienante the one player that has the best chance of being a destabilizing influence (if he isn't already). poor timing i think from a man who has shown his skill at playing mind games - which, for me, rules this out as one of his tricks. so are chelsea fans still (to coin a term that got bandied about on here about liverpool fans) DELUSIONAL about the true state of your club, or are you mentally preparing yourselves for what many non-chelsea supporters have been predicting: roman would grow tired of so much of his money being spend profligately and become detached (and in turn leave at some point thereafter)? mourinho's bad karma would catch up to him and his team, precipitating a bad run of form (admit it chelsea fans, you're worried at the amount of draws, despite the unbeaten run you're on) which would lead to the people associated with the club without chelsea at heart (big pay packet players, kenyon, etc) also becoming disinterested in anything other than showing up and getting paid? mourinho running out of ideas, then running out of roman's cash, then running out of stamford bridge, leaving the chelsea outfit in a real shambles? whats next on the horizon for Chelsea FC? who, once mourinho is gone, would you like to see managing, and who should he offload and bring in, assuming that roman is probably done bankrolling ridiculous transfer fees and exorbitant pay packets??
