If you think that, you're not looking hard enough. There's plenty of superb rock n roll bands on the circuits all over the world.

 

No there really isn't when bands such as Coldplay and Oasis are considered rock you know that rock is dead.

But then again, if u think Oasis and Coldplay isnt rock. Maybe you're looking for Heavy Metal

 

No I like rock it's just that to me these bands don't sound like rock. It's not because there sound is soft or anything(Neil Young and some Beatles songs were soft and I like those) it's just that they don't sound like rock to me. The only band IMO that has sounded like rock recently is Wolfmother.
