cuz Mcnabb choked again. 3 turnovers and only 10 points on the board. Yes they missed 2 FGs but they were long. Cant blame it on trotter loss cuz defense only gave up 14 points despite mcnabb's 3 TOs. Big game = big choke job by Mcnabb

Did McNabb get a concussion in the first half and I missed it? He didn't seem like he was on the same page as ANYONE in the second half when I was watching.

    Ugly.

ehhh he played ok, not good or bad, only ok. he did throw an INT, and had 2 fumbles, but he but atleast he didnt get tired. i think the hit had lots to do w/ his playing. he wasnt really on the money with throws afterwards.

If that's the NFC title preview the Fox ratings will plumet. That wasn't a great D battle, it was a battle of two poor QBs.

Ahhh BF, long time no chat. I will agree with you (signs of the apocolypse) that this was the worst performance McNabb has done in 2 years. He looked terrible. I wouldn't say choke, but he looked pretty bad. I have no other explaination other than that. Perhaps my favorite squad isn't as good as I thought they would be this year, though I'm not ready to throw in the towel just yet. Just proof that Philly fans will show up, after a loss, and criticise their team.

thats the way to handle a loss, acknowledge yet be positive, cheers to you bednarik havent seen you in forever.

BF1 I find it funny that you keep on bagging on the 2 QB's that help their team win when your team hasnt had a decent quarterback since McMahon in the 80's

I would actually blame him if it affected his play. A good football player knows when he is going to be a liability to his team rather than an asset.

    Right Steve McNair?

Ignorant comment GF1 Eric Kramer set every single season bears passing record in between there. If you knew anything about football and stopped just spouting off . . .

A good example of a comment that stops talking about football and starts insulting the person.

C'mon BF1, you know better than this. Reign in your comments and keep them to football, even if you think the comment was stupid.

And no comments from the peanut gallery.

Didn't he take a hit to the chest early in the 1st quarter?

Yes, McNabb did take a hit. Smith hit him from the side and Lavalais got him right in the chest at the same time. I was reading today that he had a chest bruise from the hit and was in some pain but never complained about not being able to function properly during the game.

Even if he was hurt so bad he could not lead team to victory, he should have stepped aside and let detmer take over. If his ego is so big he would rather play and hurt team than sit out a little and let eagles win, then he is not a team guy. Brady sat down in first super bowl run when he couldnt go, so his team could win.
