    Dikembe makes vet's min, so I'm pretty sure they can sign him not matter what. I don't know why Dikembe said they have to create cap room.

    It's likely the Rockets will look to move Head, and possibly Hayes, to cut down costs in order to sign Mutombo and get under the LT threshold.
