I read in the recent edition of the Sporting News that Miami would match any offer for Ogunleye. The rationale is that the DE combo of Taylor & Adawale is just too good to let go. Yeah; lets spend more money on the D - brilliant! NOT!!

I hope this is a red herring. So help me if Spileman screws this up! Why do I have the chimp occasionally seen on the Dennis Miller show could do a better job at personnel and coaching than either of the nimrods already in place? Miami really need the picks when they let Ogunleye leave.

The Texans have taken into account the status of the Dolphins picks and tailored a special package for Drew Henson. I still say a 2nd rounder next year at the most.

A QB the phins might consider is Casey Bramlet from Wyoming. He can straight sling it; believe me! He could be selected in the 4th or 5th round and groomed for a year or two regardless of whether Rivers is taken or not

Listen, Ogunleye is worth a lot of money but they dont NEED HIM
they have the best LB's in the league and Top 5 Shutdown CORNERS

    Stick with Fiedler

If anything the Dolphins should consider drafting a LB. I'm not saying in the 1st but definitely need to get some depth. I don't know about the best LB's in the division nevermind league GF1. Seau is getting old quick and was good but not great last season and Zach still makes plays but is starting to have his fare share of injuries as well. Neither is getting any younger. As for Greenwood he is just plain average but has youth on his side.

The phins have Eddie Moore whom they drafted in the 2nd round last year who suffered that foot injury. Also, they have Corey Jenkins who played QB & FS @ S Carolina. I believe he was an undrafted FA. He could be quite the steal. Greenwood had a decent season.

I agree that Miami could use depth but don't really worry about the Defense. I really don't think its a deep draft for LB's. There are few here locally that would be great undrafted FA's.

QB, WR, & OL should be Miami's primary areas of concern this off season IMO.

I think they need WR. I would love to see them TRADE UP and see them steal Roy Williams from texas
U look at the team and u see no major weakness'
Im wondering WHAT HAPPENED? I dont beleive in all this no good in December because they play in Miami CRAP i think they are the New York Rangers of Hockey. A QB would be nice but i dont think they would ever really make Greise a 3 stringer. You hear of all this stuff and then every year either a 1st round goodbye or a 10-6 not makin the playoffs ordeal. IT SUX TO BE A DOLPHIN FAN AND IT SUX TO BE A RANGER FAN THE LAST FEW YEARS. the only sucess they have had is 200( maybe 2001) when LAMAR SMITH DOMINATED. whatever happened to the guy n e way????

A WR wouldn't hurt. Devery Henderson of LSU could be the speed guy needed to stretch the D. Gadsden or Derrius should go to make room for Newson. Though, I say get rid both & McKnight and give Bellamy and Tolver the jobs.

Should they go WR, Reggie Williams from Washington s/b available as would Darling from Wash St who is originally from S Florida.

Rivers or Ramsey would be the only QB I'd settle for. Brad Johnson would be great if let go by Chucky. Griese is gone; bet he ends up in Green Bay. Fiedler would only stick around if they draft Rivers. Rosenfels (the current 3rd stringer) would be better than Brian or Jay if given the chance.
