Get over it. He said crap like this (the Andre/Nate deal) happens fairly frequently and that the media just blows stuff out of proportion. Basically, he also said he wished he had a dime for every time him and Jack Ramsay squared off, or screamed at each other. Good ol' Mychal. Keepin' it real.
lol I thought you hacked my IP address or something when I saw this.. thats how my parents spelled my name too. Scared me ABM. But yes.. I agree with his thoughts.
nothing yet.. its a biting dry cold right now. I hope we dont get anything though.. I'll be driving to the game right after work at 5.. and I dont wanna deal with any crap getting there lol.
No..the disagreement between Miller and Nate must be unique and have high-value and meaning. On the positive side, I think about half the posters here would be great novel writers.
I wonder if it could be the hits/"ratings" they receive cause they know how many of our fans hinge on every little thing said? So them knowing things get blown out of proportion in here.. its like printing your own money (err ratings) by blowing things out of proportion in your reports. Honestly I just now started thinking about that.
I can just see Quick now....with a paper cup up to the media room door....telling everyone in the room to, "Hush! I've got something juicy here!!" Shades of blinds-gate.
Quick refuses to communicate with me after I called him out a NUMBER of times on bbf. Here's a picture of the good ol' days.
FUCK Quick! And has anybody watched Thompson's kid pay up at WSU? He had 30 something on the Ducks last week. I think he's in the top 3 in scoring in the NCAA.
The O sends out a panic report over normal goings on and Blazer fans start doing the dance. Does it ever get old? Are these fans not catching on to this same song and dance on purpose? Do they look forward to this fun as how they follow sports? Alpha males are going to clash when they're in heated athletic competition. Guys will fight with coaches and each other. They're used to it as part of the process of working matters out. With as many players worthy of PT as they have, lots of posters have projected back in the offseason that somebody wasn't going to be happy. As Steve Nic and Rudy come back, I would expect more players to have a problem with sitting. You can't blame players for wanting to play, that's a desirable quality. A few butting of heads is the price to pay for having quality depth. STOMP
Just as I had thought. Quick was just on The Game and said that this morning's practice was a complete 180 from yesterday....that all the guys were smiles......and said they're completely on the same page...and want to win....yada, yada, yada.... As I said in the "who's at fault?" thread......the non-sound-proof door, coupled with Quick being Quick. Move along folks......nothing to see here........
Except that it was Smith who broke the news, Smith who had quotes...etc. I understand that stuff like this happens from time to time (in the pros...on HS and college teams Andre might not play again), but last year Quick was reporting on everything from yo'mamma jokes to who-drops-the-worst-bombs, and you never got a sniff of Nate lighting up a single player, or one yelling back.
I bet you he wished he had a dime for every time you could clothesline someone, or punch someone, etc. This is not the early 80's, Mr. Thompson.
That's not what I heard... Oh wait....that's what she said... Crap. I keep misusing my entendre-retorts.
