Anybody else into this show? Yes, it's exploitative, and I love it. That last one with the Iraq vet / Ninja dude was awesome. That guy is seriously my hero. And he barely looked winded after it was all over, especially compared to that poor gal. My PSR would be about a 2.3!
I got to admit that I like this show also. The naked part is just a hook, after the first 5 minutes it doesnt matter anymore, some of the survival shit is brutal though. I saw one in the Amazon where they couldnt sleep for 5 days because of the mosquito and bug swarms and all the wood was to moist to catch fire, and the white blonde guy who got the worst sunburn ever was pretty rough also. I always think its funny though when the guy thinks its a hook up show.
That show is ridiculous, what kind of so called survival expert takes a shit right behind the living area? I question the legitimacy of the show. I would watch it again but it's more about the ridiculousness than the surviving. That being said if watching just for entertainment it is interesting and I'd watch it if it were on. The lady from the aforementioned episode did an AMA on reddit. http://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/1i34j2/im_alison_teal_from_discovery_channels_naked_and/
The new episode has the guy putting moves on the girl. I was wondering when that was going to happen. Took fucking long wnough
Yup. America's Puritan forefathers thought sexuality was dangerous, but they had fewer qualms about violence.
It's a pretty cool show. Pretty legit too. The last episode with the black guy that was a self proclaimed 'ninja' was pretty awesome. He literally made the best shelter I've seen yet. The worst living conditions though imo out of all of them I have seen has to be the Louisiana Swamp episode. Freaking snakes everywhere, standing in ankle-shin deep swamp water and nothing to sleep on but a small refuge above the swamp water. F-THAT.
