Wouldn't it be easier for Nash to dunk right handed if he is right handed? Or at least that is what I found.
Nash isn't particularly right handed. He's proven to be quite ambidextrious. There's the story all over the place about how he hurt his right hand when he was young so he taught himself to shoot left-handed. So his perception of his strong side might be a bit different.

That was one of the greatest Suns dunks ever. Not even the only time KJ outjumped a big man. I remember him winning a jumpball, against Hakeem too I believe. I really miss KJ. I wish he would've gone the broadcast or coaching route here in Phoenix.
Damn i wanna see the video. Someone said that there is no way that Nash can dunk, that he isnt athletic enough. Yea i have heard stories that he can shoot with left hand as good as with his right hand. I still dont believe he can hit three's with left hand
Since when does athleticism have anything to do with dunking? Oliver Miller used to dunk, I don't think anybody would confuse him with athletic. I loved the KJ dunk, but from what I remember it was at the end of a Game 7 and the Suns didn't have much of a chance to win by that point, so it's bitter sweet. Dunks are fine and dandy, but sometimes I have the need for brain stimulation. If you're part of the crowd that wants to see dunks and star players bringing the ball up the court and jacking up contested 3s, that's great, I won't bother you while you color; but I love seeing how Nash destroys defensive sets, I am amazed to this day at how well he keeps his dribble alive while he slashes through an entire team who end up chasing him like its a Benny Hill skit then he tosses a no-look, behind the head pass to an open player, that's entertainment. Nash could play 2 sports professionally (and probably at an all-star level) not many people can claim that; I'd give anything to be that unathletic.
I find great dunks exciting and seeing a player like Gilbert Arenas, Tmac, Carter, Kobe, etc taking a deep covered 3 is exciting too. I do also find watching Nash destroy defensive sets awesome.

But I agree, the most entertaining part of Nash's game is the way he makes grown men look like silly children scratching their heads at the way he breaks their defenses apart. But some small part of me still would like to see that dunk. I remember a few years back how fun and funny it was to see Amare throw an alley oop to the dunking Starbury, another player not known for dunking. It'd be even better to see Nash on the receiving end of that play.
I, too, think it would be pretty neat to see Nash dunk. My comments weren't about the people who wanted to see Nash dunk, it was more directed towards dunk-fanatics who knock Nash because he doesn't dunk. Dunking doesn't make you athletic and it certainly doesn't make you a good player. Dunks are fine if they are the result of a great play, not because a ball hog ran around for 22 seconds, charging over half the defense to get into the paint, traveling as they pump-fake 5 times then dunking it and acting as if he won the championship while his teams trails 94-67 because he doesn't realize this isn't an And 1 video. The Carter over Weis dunk was amazing, I agree some dunks, no matter how they occured, are entertaining. However while the US players treat the game as a dunk-fest the rest of the world is killing us because they actually play the game of basketball. If more players tried to be like Magic rather than Jordan the game would be more fun to watch and we'd win World competitions.
