Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) maybe we should let this one go, and not egg it on? just saying....
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) Come on.... this is funny.
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) Can I add thoughts on Mo Williams too, or just Nate?
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) Sure. This is a safe haven. All thoughts are welcome. Edited - wait... all negative thoughts are welcome. This is the He-Man Mo Williams Haters Club.
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) He has a decent assist to turnover ratio, not sure about his fist to fellatio ratio
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) Seriously, you need to take the poster's name out of the thread title. And then merge this thread with e_blazer's. And then make it disappear. The purpose of the new threads is destructive. Argue with her in the original thread.
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) Not to be a great bore nate, I'm for site decorum, but for a forum clutter hater you sure sure can clutter up a forum with your hate
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) In BFs defense, she did say you'd shower and brush your teeth before hating on Mo
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) I like Mo. Incredible find by Olshey for the little money we had to offer.
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) +1...Olshey is a genius!
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) I'm kind of split on Mo. I suppose my biggest concern is the length of minutes at a time he plays point. Sometimes he just gets out of control for someone who is supposed to be running the point... and not being the "point".
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) It's pretty easy to pick apart and critique any backup in this league but if you have to switch another teams backup PG with ours theres maybe 5 that are close to as competent as Mo. The rest are terrible.
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) Agreed. But, his propensity to be reckless with the ball while acting as point guard has me concerned for the playoffs, though I have to admit it's nice having that be a concern.
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) Mo really cleaned up his play last game, I'm hoping he figured it out.
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) He dominates against really shitty teams
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) His assist to turnover ratio is #34 in the league right now. What other backups would you trade him for right now? I know if he was traded, I would want it to be to the Pacers so it would be to one of my teams.
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) I guess my 2 cents on Mo are that I have already learned VERY quickly that he is a take the good with the bad kind of player. And along with that good is what it allows Lillard to do off the ball. Dont get me wrong, Mo takes some really really stupid shots but he makes some too so hopefully it evens out. I sure as hell prefer him over say Taureen Green. Mo actually will be worth 4 wins this year.
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) I can live with just about everything else, but when Mo has the ball and he refuses to pass to or simply doesn't see (because he isn't looking) a wide open shooter, often one who is on a hot streak, and instead makes some dumb ass play that leads to a 4-5 point swing, I just can't take it. That is a negative impact that doesn't show up in the individual stats and it happens every game. And it doesn't have to. It's fixable. Based on the last few games I'm starting to hope he's starting to get how to be a team player and to get that he doesn't have to dominate the ball and take threes with 20 seconds on the clock and not a single teammate past half court to go for a rebound. Well, he's still doing that.... Actually I blame Stotts. I suspect Stotts told Mo his role was to go into the game and be Mr. Instant Offense, and he took Stotts' instructions a little too far. Stotts needs to reign him in and get him a program. We've seen it before with other players over the years: involve your teammates more and it will open up other easier opportunities for you, and everyone else. Some guys have a hard time understanding that. Hopefully he'll come around, because he isn't going anywhere.
Re: Nate Bishop's Daily thoughts on Mo Williams (Blazer Fanatic not allowed) Yes, NateBishop is right...Mo is so bad...Bulletin from the Eric Maynor Fan Club newsletter. http://www.csnwashington.com/basketball-washington-wizards/talk/maynor-nbas-worst-free-agent-signing I like Mo.
