2004 Playoffs - Nate Kaeding misses a 40 yard Game-Winning Kick as time is expireing, Chargers end up losing to the Jets. 2006 Playoffs - Nate Kaeding misses a 54 yard Game-Tying Kick as time is expireing (I know a 54 yarder is a tough kick but he would have missed it if it was from 40 also as it was just offline). Can he ever get it done in a big game? Will he ever recover from this missed kick? Discuss.
I feel like they really rushed him out on the feild for that kick, I donno if anyone else thought so, but it seemed like as soon as they got down there for the spike he was out there swinging his leg into the ball for the kick.He shanked it though w/ no distance so... he cant come through in the clutch
2 missed chances (54 yards.. not many can make that). He's still one of the youngest kickers in the league. My god, people need to think everyone sucks if they do one thing wrong.Eric Mangini. 0-1 playoff record. Can he ever get it done in the clutch?

He missed a fourty-yard field goal in the Pro Bowl but fortunately he managed to score the winning field goal.
