If I was the coach, I'd tell him to take a hike. That just hurts the team up or down. Guys are busting their asses off and he's thinking a game is a game.
It takes a lot of guts to showboat after the season New York had last year. I guess I could feel the same way whenever J-Rich does a windmill dunk, but I've never seen him miss one, so I guess he can get away with it.

He basically did a bounce pass on the hardwood, and let it hit the backboard, to pass it to himself to dunk it. maybe he thought he was in the slam dunk competition all over again. Meh.. Im not liking how Nate thinks he's all that now. Trying to block LeBron's layup and goaltending.
I haven't liked Nate since the dunk contest. He just seems like a guy that'll do anything to get attention and is basically really selfish on the court and maybe even off it (although I obviously can't judge that). The way he carries himself is why I'm assuming these things. Anyways, that wasn't even really travvelling I don't think, it looked legit but dude needs to calm his game down.

He also made the dunk, so it all counted unlike what Nate did. He got called for travelling and missed the dunk.
Stupid move, but he's an entertainer as well as a basketball player. Maybe it's my love for Nate getting in the way, but I think he should be punished in practice and given a warning that's it. He didn't do anything TOO bad, just tried to showboat a little too much during a game.
^Yeah, everyone has made an illadvised move trying to showboat. Nate just put style over substance yesterday. He still had a good impact on the game though.
Nate Robinson sure has trouble connecting his dunks, doesn't he? I think in this situation he should have just did a simple dunk; two points is two points in a game.

thanks. hes no stevie. the knicks arent in the position to waste possesions the easy dunk wouldve been enough. He seems to be a Sports center junkie. he even tried to dunk on ben wallace during the chicago game. of course that led to a chicago breakaway.
Give him a break. Do you think Nate is the only rookie/sophomore who made a bad play trynig to be flashy? The Knicks were up a few with about 7:00 minutes remaining in the second quarter and he let their momentum get to his head. He understood he was wrong and learned from his mistake. Just leave it at that.
He still sucks though, what a loser, trying to be all that, thinking he's a star cause he can dunk, i saw the dunk contest and i wasnt impressed, he flat out embaressed himself man, he's not even that good a player. Why nate? Why? LOL, im just kidding, who cares if he missed a dunk,so what, ive seen jordan miss a dunk. You guys stop sayin he should be punished, its not that big a deal its just like missing a shot or travelling or whatever, your not gonna punish a young guy just because he made a mistake, calm down.
