Very good for a 4th sig. Background needs some work and so does text but don't worry everyone has problems with text and background. I still do. Try brushing on the sig or adding stocks. Good job.

I already had like 3 stocks in and I took them out they over crowded it and I used some brushes but their hard to see because I put them on overlay and after I put a gradient map on it they pretty much dissappear. There are stars around him that simple kind of stuff but they kinda are hard to notice

Yeah it appears to be pretty busy and you should use white borders instead of transparent.

Why do I keep getting told that my sigs are too busy when I only use like 1 or 2 renders with basic brushing and effects?? I dont see how this one is busy its a city scape with stars brushed in with a gradient map thats it.

Everything just looks bundled up. It's probably because the text is too big?

Try some white to blank gradients on that. New layer>apply Image>Gaussian blur at 2.1 and set it on overlay.

Real Nice for a 4th. Good job. Just keep trying new things, you'll get way better like that.
