Well, since the reserves were announced, I'll just post the whole roster. Also, I think that Bosh should get the starting spot since Jermaine O'Neal is injured. Flip gets to choose the starter, but, he said it's probably not going to be one of his guys, so Bosh seems like he's been picked, anyways, here's the roster:West:Starters:C-Yao MingPF- Tim DuncanSF- Tracy McGradySG- Kobe BryantPG- Steve NashBench:Ray AllenTony ParkerDirk NowitzkiElton BrandPau GasolKevin GarnettShawn MarionEast:Starters:C- Shaquille O'NealPF- Jermaine O'Neal - injuredSF- LeBron JamesSG- Dwayne WadePG- Allen IversonBench:Chris BoshPaul PierceVince CarterChauncey BillupsRasheed WallaceBen WallaceRichard HamiltonGilbert Arenas - taking over Jermaine O'Neal's roster spot since he's injured
That would be because many native Chinese citizens get online and give him a load of votes. This year, I would like to congratulate Bosh, Gasol, Parker, 3 of the new Pistons guys, and EBrand for making the team after a while.
Going with the west on this, first 6 starters are just dominated, Bryant on top of his prime right now, Nash is so good, you have Yao Ming and Tracy healthly, and of course Duncan is good.. East are good but Shaq just isnt the same player he used to be and you have Jermaine O'Neal not healthly except the others are good. I just see the West playing much better IMO.
No body said congrats to the amazing Celtic, Paul Pierce. He has carried this team on his back and without him the Celtics would be 0-41. Should be an interesting game to watch. Even though I like the dunk contest better.
Yeah, Paul Pierce is doing amazing in Boston. Just needs a better supporting cast, or a change of scenery? And Bosh really deserved this one. He's just an amazing young player with a lot of skill and still has a lot of potential so it will be scary to see what he will do with this Raptors team down the road. If they get him better players, and when the Raps are done rebuilding and have all the right guys, they'll be a major player in the East. Especially since the East is very weak and only have one dominant team (Detroit), while the West have 3(Spurs, Mavs & Suns).
Carmelo definatly got snubbed. He was putting up 25 ppg and he had to do that with NeNe and Camby hurt. Not to mention, Martin doing stupid things, what else is new?
I think this game will go down to the wire just like last year since the Pistons guys will give the East a big boost.
