Here is a link to nba.com and the video. http://www.nba.com/video/channels/nba_tv/2011/04/07/20110323_BrandonRoy_Feature.nba/?ls=iref:nbahpt1 Sorry, maybe someone can help to create something more direct!
Man I'm really pushing for him to get back at least 80% of his game. This dude is all heart and loves the game, this city and the team. A player like him is needed and he helped seriously turn around this great franchise. I wish one day I can actually see the three on my signature play like they should at least for one season. I have been hoping for that day for the past 3 years. I'm praying! GOOD LUCK ROY!
Me too! Roy's play could change the entire complextion of how we do in the playoffs! Something tells me he can and will rise!
I think what Brandon needs is a sit down with Nate and coaching staff at the end of the season about how he can maximize his remaining abilities for the best of the team. He can then spend the offseason (it's going to be a long one) working on new aspects of his game.
Maybe I'm a cynic, but I don't have much hope for Brandon at this point. I think the team will cut him if we're given some form of amnesty.
It seems to me that Brandon ought to be given more PT for the next four games to see if he can get more confidence and rhythm back. Since it seems that the odds of getting the 6th seed are remote now, the emphasis should be on maximizing the chances to do better in the playoffs. In this morning's Oregonian article, Brandon says his knees aren't bothering him. Give him more minutes and see if he can get more productive, which would be a huge asset in the playoffs. At a minimum, it can give a bit more rest to some other players.
i think it was all a ploy to surprise the lakers in game 7, broy will play 48 minutes and unicorns will fart rainbows
Having seen him play this season, I would be utterly astounded if Roy could be even a shadow of his former self ever again. sorry its the truth.
Pretty much. Kind of hard to get around the tiny little issue of Roy having no meniscus in either knee.
