Hmm here are my picks:MVP - Give it to Steve Nash... He's a two time defending MVP, and he's playing better THIS year than he has the past two MVP years for christ's sake! He hits KEY jump shots in the most crucial moments of each game... He's shooting 50% from the 3 point line and 90% from the free throw line... He's the league leader in assists and is just a f*cking phenomenal player! If he doesn't win it, give it to Dirk or Kobe this year. Most Improved - Give it to Arenas. He's all over the place, he's been good for a coupla years now.... But he certainly doesn't deserve in defensive awards, or the MVP in my mind... He's having a break-out year, so he wins for this one.ROY - Give it to the man who's letters in his last name = Rookie of the Year, Brandon Roy. I've been really impressed with this kid in Portland, and believe he's got a lot of potential!Defensive Player - I like Bruce Bowen, I like Alonzo Mourning and I like Raja Bell. Dikembe Mutombo's been showing some dominance as of late, which is impressive for a man who's 40 f*cking years old! So any of these guys would be a great choice.Sixth Man - I'm biased for the Suns, so I've gotta go with Leandron Barbosa... Despite his inability to make easy 2 foot layups on a consistant basis at the beginning of this season, he's really stepped it up coming off the bench for the Suns. If he doesn't win it, give it to Ben Gordon, because he's just as good!Coach of the Year - I like Phil Jackson's guidance despite the injuries, etc. I'd pick him, Avery Johnson again or Mike D'Antoni again. I also like Mike Dunleavy in LA, though the Clippers have been WAY under-achieving compared to their great year last year.

MVP-Dirk or Kobe. We all know what Nash can do, it's not a supprise anymore. If the Suns ACTUALLY reach the Finals, then he'll have deserved it. Could you guys imagine what Dirk or Kobe could accomplish with the kind of talent Nash is surrounded with?ROY-Jordan Farmar! Just Kidding!, give me Brandon Roy I guess, I haven't been watching the rookies all that much this season.MIP-I don't care.Coach of the Year-Phil Jackson, how can a guy with 9 f*cking rings as a coach have only ONE COY award? He deserved it last year, and deserves it again this year.DPOY-I like Bowen a lot.Sixth Man-Somebody from Phoenix probably.

MVP- Kobe or Dirk. Both are having really great seasons. I am kinda leaning towards Kobe on this one though. It's amazing that the Lakers have such a good record with their starting 5. I think that Nash prolly deserves it again but I don't think people want him to win 3 in a row.ROY- Brandon Roy definitely. I love watching this rook play. He is head and shoulders above the rest of the rookies right now IMO.MIP- I dunno. I guess Arenas for this one.Coach of the year- Phil Jackson. He deserves it for having such a good record for the team he has.DPOY- I will go with Bowen for this one. He is definitely one of the top defenders in the NBA.Sixth Man- Ben Gordon. He is leading his team in scoring while coming off the bench. Now that is impressive.

Didn't Arenas already win a MIP? If he won again it would be amazing, a perfect example of a player that gets better as he gains experience.

MVP-Gilbert Arenas. if he continues doing what he is doing and keeps Washington at #1 in the east he has a legit shot.ROTY-Brandon Roy. he's the only rookie who is really doing anything.DPOTY-Bruce Bowen. MIP-Kevin Martin. He's really tearing it up in Sacto6thman-Leandrino BarbosaCOTY-Jerry Sloan. the thing he has over Jackson is that Jackson has taken the Lakers from 7th to 5th. Sloan so far has taken the Jazz from 9th to 4th.

lol you guys are dumb. Barbosa's the real 6MOY. Gordon gets like more minutes than the other guards on that team. It's a fu*kin joke and it pisses me off.

He still comes off of the bench....Therefore, he is a bench player. There are alot of players off the bench that play more than some starters. Its retarted that he isnt starting, but he is still a very good candidate. I would still give it to Leandro though. Gordon is such a selfish player that is one dimensional. I just flat out dont like the guy to be honest.

MVP- Steve Nash - He is having a career season and leading the Suns to one of the best records in the NBA.ROY- Brandon Roy - He is just the best rookie out there. He's putting up the best stats. Most Improved Player- Kevin Martin- Averaging over 20 points per game this season. Before this season, his highest scoring average was 11 points. Coach of the Year- Jerry Sloan - Who expected the Jazz to play like this? Defensive Player of the Year- Bruce Bowen- Great defender with great instincts.Sixth Man- Leandro Barbosa - He could definatly start on a lot of other teams in the NBA and is playing great. He's scoring 16 points per game on one of the best teams in the NBA.

My thinking is that the Bulls don't start BG just BECAUSE they hope he'll keep winning 6moy and they can say 'look we have the 6moy.' If Barbosa doesn't get it, it's such a fu*kin joke.

My thinking is that they bring BG off the bench so they can have some scoring off the bench, you know, to stay balanced.

I can't believe so many people have Gilbert Arenas down for most improved player, his numbers are nearly IDENTICAL to last season ( in fact, his FG% is down) He hasn't improved all that much. Also, considering the fact that he already won the most improved player award in 2003, I don't see him winning it again for the rest of his career. If anybody can give me a logical explanation making a case for Arenas, please do so.MVP- Steve NashROY- Brandon RoyMIP- Kevin MartinCoach of the Year- Jerry Sloan ( If Utah can keep it up, if not then I give it to Phil Jackson)DPOY- Bruce Bowen (It's a pity award for me, I would just give him the award because he never has won it despite being deserving)Sixth Man- Leandro Barbosa

I'm shocked nobody has picked deron williams for MIP. And so many people are picking Gilbert not because he's improved but because he was underrated last year and not underrated now, he hasn't improved a huge amount
