Ok, it's that time again, the dog days of the off season, that can only mean one thing... Time for S2's second GM Draft! The rules will be the same as last year: The draft will start as soon as we fill up all the teams and it will be in the "GM Drafts" forum. There will be a randomized draft order of 12 rounds (snake 1-30, 30-1). Trades must be equal in numbers of players/picks, that way each team ends up with no less/more than 12 players. Active NBA players and 2008 draft picks are the only players eligible to be selected, no international players. You can build your team however you'd like, you choose to obey the salary cap, or not, go young or go with the vets etc. After the draft we will have a set of playoff threads where we will vote for the winners, we will take chemistry into consideration. We'll start with a 6 hour pick limit, if you fail to make your pick in that time frame you will be skipped. If you miss one pick we will automatically skip your next pick, if you miss 3 in a row you will be replaced (picks 1, 2, 3 and 28, 29, 30 will get two chances).
