The Go-To moves is just another gimmick that Live thinks will win more basketball fans over to them, but it wont work. The gameplay and animations are still not as fluid as the 2K series, and this is coming from a former diehard Live fan.

Live is kinda ridiculous, controls are annoying, and I hate how the players move. Also, there is a lack of defense in NBA live.

I thought Live was the best thing in the world and would never forsake it until I got NBA 2K6...that's when I saw that the animations were more fluid and the controls such as the shotstick made things easier. In Live, I hated how you can only score with fast, great shooters while in 2K6 you can drive the lane and score with anybody.
I gave up on Live when I bought the '06 version and it was just terrible. I'll have to put my faith in 2K8 when it comes out for 360.
NBA Live Sucks, it always will.If I were to ever take a second look at the game, the game developers would have to completly re-do the game's gamplay, because it sucks at the moment.
Im done with live I was a live fan when it was for nintendo now I been a 2k fan since 2k4 its the only thing good now. Live gameplay sux
I can't wait for it, I always get the Live games. The graphics may be better on 2K but I think the game play is better on Live. My first move in my season I make with the Cavs - trade for Oden :rock:

Basically when you get the ball in the post you can just dunk it...2k7 is much better because the gameplay is close to what the real NBA is like. You don't make every shot you take like in Live too....in online the games just turn into 3 point shootouts.
I always get live games but this looks really stupid07 was such a dissapointment... I wanted my money back

2K7 has a steal problem? I don't think so. Now, College Hoops 2K7 for PS2- yes, I have had to turn down both the steal sliders to zero and I still get about 14 steals per game with UNO...one of the worst teams in the Sun Belt.

They have good ideas, but the games always blow.I just got done playing NBA 2K7 for xbox 360, and it's so much better then March Madness 07 or NBA Live 07.
