    NBA's new realignment

    What do ya'll think?

Look at the Central and Southeast conferences. I think they should've put Indiana in Southeast, Washington in Atlantic, and Toronto in Central. That way Central's top team(s) would be Detroit (now that Indiana is out of there), Southeast's would be Indiana (instead of nobody), and Atlantic would have NJ (if you still count them as an elite team).

The Southwest is loaded...every one of those teams made the playoffs last year.

Hmm...the Lakers have to beat out just the Kings to win the division and a 1-3 seed in the playoffs [IMG]

If things get too crazy...they should do a "fantasy draft".

    That would settle everything. [IMG]

no, this new, upcoming nba season is full of radical changes, and the division realingments are not balanced at all. we will be seeing derserving teams fall in regular season, while weaker teams will have the chance to get into the playoffs. besides, the trades this offseason are so intense, so many will see a new system with most teams. i hope the nba will still remain as fun as ever .

    STUPID.....................

Incase you didnt know the South East have the Heat which is a play off contending team. I think it's good now and that theres no need to change it. You probably have a team you like thats in a hard division or some crap like that. It's all good now. THey just changed it. No need to change it again.

I Think the Reallignment thing needs to look at Baseball's 98 realligniment.

In order to make room for the expansion Arizona Diamondbacks, and The Tampa Bay Devil Rays,MLB Moved the Brewers from the AL,to the NL Central, and the NL Central has 6 teams.the AL Has 1 less team than the NL,which in my opinon both Leagues in Baseball should have evened Numbered teams.

My opinon is that was a stupid move.maybe the NBA should consider rethinking this before it becomes reality.

At best lakers getting 3rd seed. They should easily be division winners. But be honest to yourself, would they have a better record than Spurs and Twolves?

Are you saying NJ is better than Miami? No Kmart, no jkidd till december? Please. BTW SOUTHEAST MEANS SOUTH EAST, since when indiana was in the SEast? [IMG]

Chill out kid, no need to insult someone's intelligence just because they voiced their opinion.

My bad for forgetting about the Heat in there. And yeah, I like the Rockets and they're in the hardest division in the whole league but so what? They're in the West. What's the point of bringing that up?

Since Memphis and New Orleans are in the West [IMG]

In case you haven't noticed, the NBA arbitrarily rearrange the geographical division of the teams with only some regards to where they actually are.
