    Who is the NBA's strongest player? I think its might be Ben Wallace. Other good mentions are Shaq, and Zo.

    Ben Wallace can bench press dairy cows, he's definatly in consideration.

    Ben Wallace probably has the most strenght, but I say Shaq can bench press more basically because he has power.

    It's between Ben Wallace or Dwight Howard, but I think I'm going to go with Wallace on this one.

    Ben Wallace. Also, Earl Boykins' bench number really surprised me. He benches somewhere near 375.

    How can Shaq's name not be on everyones list?He is hands down the most powerful man in the league.

    Big Ben. But pound for pound it has to be Boykins or Nate. I still do not believe Earl benches 375. That's a lie. He weighs like 135.

    nate dawwwwg can bench over 300 pounds. he played football in college so i can believe that he did that.
