I hate to beat a dead horse but on Directv for me last year almost all the NBATV games were blacked out. I think there were a couile that were not blacked out and that probably was because CSNW wasn't broadcasting the Blazer game.
most NBATV games are just the local broadcasts you get on league pass anyways. they do have a halftime analysis usually though.
I remember last season, DirecTV would black out the games during game time but would replay it later that night and it wouldn't be blacked out. But at least you can see the game eventually
