<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">November 17, 2005 -- It was pointed out to Nenad Krstic that the Nets have an outstanding record when he scores double figures. "I don't like stats," Krstic said. Well, Krstic and everyone associated with the Nets must like the stat gem showing New Jersey is 33-13 dating to last season when Krstic scores double figures. That includes a 4-1 record this season after Krstic produced a personal season-high 25 points ? three shy of his career best ? against Seattle on Tuesday in the Nets' 109-99 win. The 22-year-old Krstic was masterful inside against Seattle, supplying a strong comeback from a dismal 2-of-10 shooting, five-point (yup, the Nets lost) effort against Yao Ming and Houston. Krstic, whose development since arriving last year has been little short of remarkable, impresses virtually every game. His next opportunity is Saturday night, when the Nets host the Wizards "It was circumstance. My teammates passed the ball and I was open all the time," Krstic said of his inside torch job on the Sonics. "Every day I work hard on my low-post game. I work hard on my left-hand [shooting]." And if the work continues, the Nets see an unlimited horizon for the 7-footer with a jumper that may make him the team's best shooter. He has smashed expectations so far, and now the Nets await the next step. </div> Source
