Just out of interest and because my brother is a Nugget fan, does Nene have a last name? I've been told that the name means "Baby" in Brazil, but surely he would still have a second name, even Ronaldo does.

    Thanks! [IMG]

Nene does mean "Baby" back in Brazil, and his last name is Hilario. He used his full name, Nene Hilario, during his rookie season but for whatever reason decided to drop it..

It has something to do with his Brazilian culture. I heard once they become famous the just have one name.

Yeah he legally changed his name to just Nene. Like it was said before its part of thewir culture to drop their last name when they become famous. Just like Pele.

Does that mean if Anderson Varajao becomes famous he will have to change it so that he also has only one name?

AV has already stated that he wanted to be called "Anderson". That didn't catch on at all.
