The New Jersey Nets are currently 9th place in the eastern conference and 2 and a half games behind the Toronto Raptors for 1st place in th Atlantic division. We have won 3 games in a row and the Raptors have won 8 of there last 10 games. Currently the standings are like this:

Atlantic Division:
1. Raptors (27-24)
2. Nets (25-27) <font color=""Red"">2 ? games back
3. Knicks (22-29)
4. Sixers (17-35)
5. Celtics (12-38)

Can a mod sticky this please so we could keep track of the Nets standings?

Anyone could re-do the standings after the Nets or Raptors have a game to keep it updated.

It's really not a big deal unless the Nets make it one. If we continue to click, we will be first in the Atlantic, even with the Raptors playing well. The only team we slightly have to worry about is the Raps, and quite honestly, even with Krstic and RJ we should overtake them without much problem. Of course considering we continue to play well.

Just like how they take care of teams like Charlotte no problem right?

How do you figure? I don't think its a sure thing for either team right now.

I just think that the Nets are a more proven team, and Kidd and Carter, are just too hard to stop when both play on a high level.

outside of kidd and carter, the nets really have nothing to boast about at this point...also carter seems to only play well when he chooses to

raptors have a way deeper bench and almost 2 quality players at every position
the only way i see the raptors losing their spot is if sam mitchell screws up

In my opinion either Magic or Nets will take the 7th spot. It depends on who finishes on a stronger note.

I just feel that Pacers and Knicks are out of it.

Mercury and Legacy, why do you keep changing names, I don't even know who's who anymore.

Last name change for me, hopefully. Btw, I used to be Carter.
