Webster's been playing like crap lately. I had enough of the Blake bashing. Good job in the first few plays coming against the Warriors. 0-1 on your shot and one TO. Good job there buddy.

I ended up watching the U of P Pilot Soccer Women play against Virgina Tech instead of watching the end of the 3rd quarter Blazer game. I had enough watching the first half of the Blazer game and also skipped the 4th quarter as well. I knew they would lose.

Webster doesn't play enough to be worthy of the scapegoat honor.

Agreed. Webster has turned into a non factor for the few minutes he is out there. I hope he enjoys his NBA contract while he has it.

To take a page from my friend Denny Green......Webster is, who I thought he was.

Webster has not been good at any point so far. Those people who claimed he was just like adding a good FA had no idea what they were talking about.

This is exactly what I expected out of him this year. You always like to hope for the best, that the preseason hype is real, but he is what he is. Great attitude, great NBA body, ability to kill jumpers in practice with his fantastic form. But when you turn on the bright lights and pack 10,000 or 20,000 people in to an arena to watch him, he just wilts.

He's still only 23, so there's still hope. But it's the kind of hope you might have if you drafted a guy with the 25th pick. Maybe he can become a Batum or Fernandez, but more likely he's a Monia or Khryapa.

This guy is so maddening. He is such a head case. You can just see him thinking out there. In 4 years he has yet to learn how he can fit into the flow of the game. I can't believe, as hard as he works, and as bad as he wants it that he can't figure it out with all of the tools he has. I know he's only 23, but how much more time does he need?

You can't trade him right now - what would you get in return? We're stuck with him, so you might as well play him and move Roy back to SG.

There's plenty of "blame" to spread around and certainly Martell's inability to rise to the occasion and provide even adequate play is a bit troubling. Whatever, I'm just hoping KP actually gets it that as constructed (even with the injuries to Travis and Nic) this roster isn't quite as deep and talented as he thought.

In a way maybe that's what this season will end up being about; finding out which is the wheat and which is the chaff on this roster ... unfortunately if too many guys end up being below rotation level, you're not going to get a whole lot of value for them in a trade.

    Bummer.

Yeah, but how much trade value do they have anyway? Everybody says KP overvalues his guys. Even before Web started the season (and has stunk it up), who wanted him? KP said last year the guy he gets called about all the time is Batum. Assuming you aren't moving Roy, LA, or Oden, who else would you want if you were an NBA GM? Nic. Joel. Rudy. (guys we don't want to move) I would bet there isn't much value for Webster, Blake, Bayless, and now Outlaw. So maybe you are right Nikolokolus, let these guys play. I don't think you have anything to lose. The team isn't going to win a championship this season. Let's poop or get off the pot with some of these young guys who remain unknown quantities with potential.
