I almost forgot to share my knowledge from fanfest. It looks like the new partners (FotM, HL, Bunk, KB) each have their own individual concession stands (ie they took over the places that used to sell the food and drinks). At each one, they only sells their own stores food plus soda/beer maybe some pretzels or something. I'm guessing there are probably 2 or 3 of each restaurant/concession. The pizza was excellent, and tasted only slightly heatlamp dry.

We got two slices of Pepperoni, and they were 6$ each. Considering at the shop, it's about 3.5$ last I checked, I think it's expected. I believe the FotM chicken wings were a little closer to their true prices, and not so inflated. Those were the only prices I could even compare for you.

Are we talking monster size slices or tiny slices?

Glad to hear that they aren't just doing carts but actually took over some of the places that sell dogs, nachos and salty popcorn. Those places were a waste of space in my mind and the people serving were volunteers for different organizations who were always nice but a bit clueless with products and working the cashier.

I'm excited to try all the new places . . . although eating chicken wings at my seat seems like more work than it is worth.

That's like airport prices. Just be thankful there's no sales tax. I paid $10 for for a slice of pizza and a water bottle in Toronto last week.

Is the pizza price any worse than the beer prices? High priced food and drinks go with the territory of being located at a professional sporting event.

Looks big to me. Not bad. $6 for a big slice is to be expected.

I'd rather just buy a $5 pepperoni from papa Murphy's before the game and chow down on a full pizza though

I wish people wouldn't pay it. It's highway robbery. The only reason they're able to charge such high prices is because people will actually pay them.

$6 for a slice of pizza is a straight up jack move.

Usually just get nachos at games....chili cheese nachos with orange cheese = the bomb diggy. Dunno if I'd bother with wings, it'd be hard to eat in the seats, probably just go with a Bunk Sandwhich if they're good enough.

I remember some dude filing a class action suit against a movie theatre chain about a year or so ago. They make something like $3000 for a bag of unpopped popcorn that costs then $30

Don't make this about the Blazers. It's everywhere in entertainment

What I like about PDX is that they don't allow vendors to jack up the prices on food/beverages there. Totally reasonable and decent options there.

Of course it is. Doesn't make it any better. It's supposed to be a family environment. This applies to movie theaters as well. I just don't understand why people pay it.

I pay for the game. They're basically extorting the extra money out of you because you can't bring in outside food or drink.

Same reason people pay to go to those events.
