New Orleans Saints get more defense in fourth round

The New Orleans Saints stocked their defense with two more players in the fourth round of the NFL draft on Sunday, taking a pair of Wake Forest standouts -- safety Chip Vaughn and linebacker Stanley Arnoux.

The 6-foot-1, 221-Vaughn is strong against the run, ranking third on his team with 87 tackles in 2008 while making two interceptions, as the Demon Deacons tied for 12th in the nation in pass defense. Arnoux (6-0, 232) made 251 tackles in 42 career starts at Wake Forest, giving the Deacons an inside thumper to go with Aaron Curry.

The Saints selected Ohio State defensive back Malcolm Jenkins with their first-round pick and have only one more selection, a seventh-rounder, in this year's draft.
