Welcome to JBB! I used to live in the Bay area and went to a bunch of Warriors games, but I had moved to Atlanta when the Warriors got Baron Davis. I would have loved to see B.Diddy do his thing, and again this year. I think this is the season the Warriors come back to the playoffs... or at least contend for the 8th spot. I consider Davis and Richardson to be one of the top backcourts in the NBA.
Welcome Todd$haw to JBB Warriors. I think you'll enjoy the forum once the season starts up. There will be plenty of talk, but not to the point where it gets confusing or hard to keep up with (unless you've missed the Warriors for the last 4 years or haven't followed the players or the NBA in general). But there's a lot of good knowledgeable fans here that set the tone with intelligence and insight on basketball. So whether you're an expert or novice bball fan, there's plenty of guys here that will spread their knowledge and help somebody that's been missing out on the current or past events. Anyway welcome aboard. Not to nitpick, but this really should go in the Warriors roll call thread. BTW, just so you know where I'm coming from, I'm usually ranting and raving on a bad game during the regular seasons. I'm like Mr. Hyde turning into Mr. Hyde the 2nd. But... I'm really not an angry guy. Just my posts seem like it because I get all intense during actual games and I react strongly to players who don't play defense, play soft, don't show much effort, can't catch, or can't score even if the ball was above the basket with their hand over it. The whole knee jerk reaction thing going on.
This is the top forum for Real Basketball fans. The topics are well thought out, and there's no trolling. Also, you actually can learn from some of the posters. People here respect a difference in opinion. So Welcome $haw. We look forward to talking Warrior hoops with you.

Welcome $haw! Where do you post for Niners/Raiders? This is the best site IMO. This place really gets hoppin when the season starts.
Nice to see an active forum... Welcome T$ (that way it looks like T-Money; a bangin' hoops nickname), even though you may have been a member longer than i... if your anything like me and don't have anyone to talk basketball with, you came to the right place... Best thing here is no one can interrupt... You usually get insightful replies too... Warriorfansnc93 ... from Dallas? Oh the betrayal!!! I like the Warriors this season... I just wish Mike Dunleavy could step it up and be awesome like he's supposed to... Troy Murphy's cold, way underrated... Ok, just ranting b/c it was nice to find a pretty active forum with at least one other fellow newcomer... Man I miss BASKETBALL...............

This site is alot more mature. Feels weird. I usually go to sites and end up reading garbage. This site has some really knowledgable fans. Can't wait to see this site when the season tips off. Maybe we can all meet up at a Warriors game and cause some ruckus. Cant wait to lose my voice. Let's Go Warriors.
we need all of the fans we can get. we had a tuff last year but things are looking promising. i hope we become as good as we were in the 90's. All of us die hard fans gotta stick together. I love oakland. Go GS!
